I want to give employee Monique 5 stars. I went in because both my daughters 4 and 2 years old were infested with lice. She helped treat my 2 year old and she was very gentle, and took her time combing the bugs out. I came back a week later so she can do a second comb-out on my 2 year old Monique found nothing on her hair. I left very satisfied and happy with her work. Thank you Nitzy Lice Clinic! :)

I will not introduce myself in that place again the employee was very annoyed with me she gave me bad service she kicked me out of her store and my 7-year-old daughter witnessed that and she is very scared I called the owner and she says that her employee did not do that I did not I ask for preferences in case she is an employee, but she was very resistant and even made fun of me when I did not know how to speak English. Call the owner and she is in favor of someone who treats her employees badly and especially that a girl is present in that I do not recommend apart from this place that has already had La Niña twice and the lice return, there is no good service

One of our 4 children found lice in her hair, and we went on line to see what to do. Nitzy was highly recommended and we got an appointment first thing the next morning. Judy took care of checking all of our heads, and did treatments for two of our children who had lice. It’s a weird thing to go through, and you feel kind of lost as a parent, but Nitzy lice removal was professional, helpful, courteous and made the entire process way less stressful than I would have expected. If anyone in your household gets lice, this is the place to go! I was so stressed when I was informed that a member of my household may have lice so I immediately searched online and found this place. They thoroughly answered all of my questions and concerns when I called and were able to get my family in for an appointment the very next morning. They first checked all of our heads to confirm who had lice and then when about the treatment. The staff was understanding, quick, friendly and worked well with kids. So grateful and relieved that I found them!

Nitzy was a total life savor for me and my family! My youngest boy brought it home from preschool. I immediately called and the sweet owner was able to get us in right away! Always got back to me right away and the staff was super helpful and very sweet! I’m so lucky they made this nightmare so so so much easier for me and my family! Couldn’t have done it with out them!

My family and I have been struggling with getting rid of lice. We’ve tried in home treatment more than once. The minute you think you’ve gotten rid of them, they’re back! More like they never left. I always felt like the in home treatments did the opposite of what it is intended to do because they’re always seem to be more after. It felt like it was never ending. Juggling life with lice on top has been a journey we’d never again like to endure. Today, I just sent in my information on their website and I got a call back within minutes, literally. The lady was efficient and help set up our appointments. We were seen less than an hour later. Kathy from Nitzy clinic helped me get rid of this nuisance. Inez checked my entire family. They both shared so much helpful information and other preventative measures. We are grateful for coming now but we should have came sooner. It gives you such a peace of mind when it’s someone else doing the laborious work and combing through your hair than when you have to do it at home for everyone else. I appreciate this clinic for existing and being a service our community can come to. Thanks ladies for doing this kind of work, it is appreciated.

We were a bit late getting started, but Kathy was great. My two girls and I all had lice and she was able to fit us all in. This is our second visit to the clinic and they have been great! Also I reached out for an appointment after 8 on a Friday and got a call back immediately to schedule our visit. Amazing customer service.

My 7 year old daughter caught lice in school and I knew I had to get rid of them asap before it spread even further. Another mom told me about this clinic and the staff was very helpful. My daughter is very tender headed and they were great with her, very kind, and very easy to talk to about my concerns. Overall it was a great experience and a very effective service. I’ll definitely come back if we’re back in this unfortunate situation!

Judi was very nice and friendly. My child, who needed a treatment, was scared, so Judi did her best to calm her down. I wish we never have to come to a lice clinic again but if we do, I'll be asking for Judi.
