My experience as a tenant under Ashley's property management has been nothing short of alarming. I feel it's my duty to share the full extent of the issues we've faced, so prospective tenants can make informed decisions. Ashley's insistence on mandatory "beautification" projects has left us in a precarious situation. These projects, purportedly aimed at improving the property, have exposed residents to asbestos and potential health hazards. Shockingly, there have been no proper health inspections to ensure our safety during these renovations. The conduct of the maintenance workers is equally concerning. They've shown a complete disregard for our personal belongings, carelessly spilling cooking ingredients and tracking mud throughout our living spaces. When damage occurs, Ashley places the financial burden squarely on the tenants, even for repairs caused by her team. Inexcusably, there have been electricity outages with no immediate solutions or compensation offered. Promised asbestos inspections have never materialized, leaving us worried about our long-term health. It's deeply disconcerting that Ashley fails to follow through on her commitments. To make matters worse, an internal forum for residents has revealed a staggering 80% dissatisfaction rate with Ashley's management and the maintenance team. Reports of physical abuse by maintenance personnel further highlight the dire state of affairs. Considering all these factors, I urge potential tenants to think twice before choosing to rent here. Ashley's management practices not only jeopardize our well-being but also demonstrate a disregard for the safety and comfort of her residents.

Well everything was good upon moving in. There has been multiple break ins. I don’t feel safe. They don’t have cameras, and the police department had to do a raid on the apartment next to me because a homeless person was living there. There has been multiple times where I have seen homeless break windows in cars and multiple packages have been stolen. All the upgrades they are doing to suck money is redirecting the idea that we as tenants need to feel safe not distracted by new paint. Put in cameras. If you want to have your car broken into and stuff stolen move in.

I’ve been living here for a few years and never really write reviews. This place has definitely gone hill. Every year you rent is raised eventuality they refuse to do the bare minimum to up keep the units. This complex is supposed to be a gated community but the gates are always left open. I’ve had homeless people break into my car and management won’t do anything about it. They are rube and disregard their tenente concerns. To make this g worse starting this month (August 2023) they decided to start charging tenentes for parking at the complex. Rent is already high enough for the quality of units but they even want to charge for guest passes. You won’t be able to have company over if you live here. I’m having to write this complaint under a second account because management will retaliate if they know who you are. Avoid this place at all cost.

Review for 1 BHK: 625-630 Sq Feet I would definitely recommend everyone to visit apartment before you move as there could be multiple break-ins. There were some issues with 630 Sq feet apartment when I planning to move. However, I have cancelled my lease at the very last minute. Please review the attached pictures. 1) Refrigerator door will not be opened fully. Therefore, you wont be able to use last two drawers. It could be probematic in the long run when you have to live for a year. This is not a maintenance issue but this is a layout issue of the floorplan. 2) The location of AC is exactly on top the main wall and the wire is not conceal. 3) All the sliders of bedroom cupboard are not working smoothly. On top that, the property manager is polite, calm, however, all of her responses were rude and diabolical. She kept saying that all of our apartments were built long time ago so you will find some issues like that. Good things: 1) Place is clean (I haven't live there. This is my observation only) 2) Close to freeway 3) Near to walmart Again, you can live in those apartments if the rent is 20-30% cheaper than competitors. However, that is not the case. After adding $50-60, you will get much better place in 5-10 mile of radius from the arches apartment.

Do not try and schedule appointments here. They will ask you to come at a certain time to have a tour of the place but turn you away at said time. I traveled from Oregon to visit this place after scheduling an appointment over call only for them to turn me away because they need to go "do rounds" ( one hour before closing times btw). When I told him my situation and how I'd travelled from Oregon for the tour, his response was "I don't think you are hearing me right".. The guy at the office (short guy with arm tattoos) was extremely rude and probably shouldn't be working in the front office(clearly doesn't belong there). If this is how they treat you before you sign, you have no hope with them once you sign. Do not go here!!!!

Posting for a friend since management is suppressing her negative review: Ashley has not followed proper safety inspection by forcing these hazardous washer/dryer installations. She has teared down my dry-wall, exposed me to asbestos, and left fine dust particles all over the cabinets, floor, railings and floor frames. It got all over my cooking utensils and stovetops, spices and oils. The workers tracked mud and stain carpets, too. She has also not covered the dry-wall properly, and left the plastic wrapping open to breathing. My experience with her mandatory repairs, has left my living situation worse because of the extra damage it caused which has been very stressful. I cant work full time properly. She will continue uncessary construction until 2023-2025, and she never warned me or other residents that she requires our support in cleanup.

I LOVE living at the Arches! Ashley the community manager is by far the best Arches has had! She really tries to go above and beyond for us! And the way she communicate and updates up on the remodel project is so nice. We are getting updates daily which helps with planning. My new patio fence is lovely! And the new double pane windows are beautiful! I cannot wait for the new washers and dryers!

I don't really give negative reviews on apartment complexes but after my wife and I toured this place out of probably 15 other apartments, this is by far the one that we were very uncomfortable with. For the amount they are charging, this apartment is very run down and I mean VERY RUN DOWN. By the looks of it, its like living in a very bad neighborhood. The streets are dirty. All the appliances are old and moldy. Walls have been painted probably 100 times over and over again. No in unit laundry. The apartments aesthetics is like living in the early 2000's. For around $2,300 on a 1 bedroom, why not just live elsewhere that's more luxury for the same amount if not less because of their promotional offers.

Be prepared to have a 2nd full time job managing all the issues at this apartment complex. Stolen packages, homeless people loiter and pick the trash within the 'gated community', robberies, ongoing construction, more construction to repair the construction, damages to your belongings because of construction. We had someone throwing up/peeing next to our open bedroom window one night as well. So many issues and we haven't even lived here a full year!
