Man.... these guys....are the best!!! What I like about Chick-fil-A? No matter which location you go, the same great quality food, superb service and clean, pleasant atmosphere. I don't know how they do it, but all the locations I've been, they never disappointed me. This particular location was no different, "wonderful", thank you 🙏

This was my first time going to Chick-fil-A after about 4 years and boy did this hit a whole other spot! I always try to look for healthy options on the menu and went for the grilled chicken sandwich (extra lettuce, no tomato) and two side salads. The sandwich was perfect. Soft bun, chicken cooked just right, and it went really well with the Chick-fil-A sauce. I asked for the light Italian dressing with the side salads, and it was quite a disappointment. I went back in and asked for the balsamic instead and it was a much better option. The salad dressing serving size was quite a lot though and I barely used a half of one packet for both salads. One thing I really liked was the crispy red bell peppers that came with the salad. It tasted so good just by itself. Pro tip here: add some of that crispy bell pepper thing inside the chicken sandwich. Real game changer! I can't wait to do this again next weekend. Only downside here was that they actually charged me for asking for extra lettuce in place of the tomato on the sandwich. Quite a surprise because I've never had to set other places before.

Old lady Peta told me when I go to the Chick-fil-A ask for the secret menu item...the Chic-A-Dee sandwich it's the best thing ever! When I was done hooking up her Antique Clamtrometer to run on single phase instead of 3 phase I was all in for lunch, and she even paid! 5 stars all the way. ☆☆☆☆☆

[Warning: Be prepared for long lines and drive through queues as is normal due to the popularity of the chain] I recommend visiting in off lunch hours, between 11-12pm or 3-5pm. Also, these are closed on Sundays. The service here was great. The staff here are clearly trying to keep up with the demand. Everyone was really friendly. The food here is great. The fried chicken sandwiches, salads, and sides are amazing - super fresh and well prepared. Parking here could be better. With the amount of traffic and lines, sometimes it is hard to get in and out of the lot. This is located directly on El Camino, so cars often sit forever just to merge onto the road.

Best Chick-fil-A sandwich ever I had in Bay Area. The staff are very polite and do their job very well. I also love their waffle fries. Highly recommend.

Yummmy. One of our favorite fastfood joints. Chicken is always tasty and tender. I always want to try the grilled chicken for variety but I keep coming back to their fried chicken 😂

This was my first soiree with Chick-fil-A. I want to arrive there I couldn't get in the parking lot because the line at the drive-thru went all the way out to El Camino real. I decided to park and walk in to get food rather than sit in the long drive-thru line. It was easy to order the food at the counter, not a long wait. Had the food in my hand after I ordered it in less than 3 minutes. It's kind of a double-edged sword, catch-22 or pain in the butt whether you park or go to the drive-thru because if you park you have to navigate your way through the people in line at the drive-thru and trying to get out of the parking lot. However I digress. I Fought the chaos in and out of the parking lot decided, to eat at home so it takes a while to get out of Sunnyvale and back home I pretty much hit every red light on the way to 85. Got the food home and brad, at the counter had suggested Polynesian sauce. I first tried the Chick-fil-A sauce on my sandwich and it was really tasty the chicken patty was very crisp and the chicken was moist and tender, the bun and produce on the sandwich were fresh and tasty, probably would have tasted even better had I eaten it immediately at the restaurant. Good experience food-wise, chaotic parking lot I can do without but I will figure out a way to navigate the place better next time. I will definitely be going back and checking it out again and maybe try some other menu items and some sides. The food was good and the price was reasonable.

Overall clean restaurant. I noticed during my stay employees cleaning tables at least twice with disinfecting wipes and towels. However dining outside it was hard not to notice a few pieces of debris on the floor. The restrooms floors could also benifit from a bit more attention. Ample tables to sit at if your in-dining experience requires extra space between patrons. Friendly service.

The spicy deluxe was yummy, nice story book with the kiddie meal, overall good value for money. Pleasant ambience with fresh flowers on each table. The staff is friendly and received surprise mother day flowers and gift card too!

This store has been and is consistently spot on. I get exactly what I’ve ordered, and more importantly, the way I ordered it. All customizations are honored. The service is great as well. Today I had an issue with the rewards app not responding properly. They had me drive up to the window and the manager took care of it with a smile.

This was my first time ever visiting a Chick-fil-A and I was unimpressed. The inside was clean and the staff was polite so those were definitely positives. The food, however, in my opinion was lackluster. I got the spicy chicken sandwich which was fine but nothing stellar. I was disappointed too because I've heard a ton about Chick-fil-A and had really high hopes. Sadly, it was not to be. On the bright side, I did pay $1.66 extra to substitute my fries with mac-and-cheese, which was tasty. Better than the chicken sandwich!

I love this place very friendly staff the manager is so caring and kind and knows how to treat her employees right. There chicken sandwiches are amazing and there fries are some of the best around. There's always a lot of people there but the employees know how to keep lines moving. Ive never waited more then 4 min from ordering to getting my food and I've been there when they were extremely busy. I eat here at least once a week if not more if I can.

Usually crowded on weekends. But there are plenty of seats and the staff are quick and polite. Tables are clean and the service is amazing. Love this place

Love the grilled chicken sandwich here. Had ordered a meal and loved the parfait as well. Service is good too as is the location off the main road - so easy to access. However that also means there is a sizable queue most times that sometimes spills onto the road obstructing traffic.

This Chick-fil-A is a very nice franchise! The store was so clean, ALWAY a HUGE line at the drive through. A little personal touch by the owner .. See the picture I attached. Nice Xmass decorations all around. The staff is super nice always ready to help,correct any mistakes. Now let's go to how yum the food is.. You can make your own sandwich with many available options: From the bread, to the chicken either coated or grilled to their OMGOSH, their fries are like no other - waffle potato fries, they are thick, juicy and yummy as you can tell, they sure are my fav. The options starts at breakfast all the way to dinner. Check out their menu before you go in so you know those amazing items they serve. Please check the pictures I added. This business is privately owned, so I encourage everyone to eat locally, especially when the business owner added a no touch gadgets to keep his staff and customers safe.

Really enjoy their food...great service. Not crazy about the parking situation but that's not necessarily their fault.

Burgers taste good. A pain to drive into even though we are dining in, because the drive through line extends until the street. The service was not good. We ordered through the app and put our table number. When he came to drop off food, he only gave one tray. Before we could ask for another one, he went away. Also one of the waters we ordered was supposed to have no ice, but they put ice. Seems like they are not careful with order details.

This is the most organized and well adjusted Chick-fil-A I have ever been to! The staff are friendly and lead you to the drive thru and take your order quickly and accurately. And the food is always correct and I feel like I'm always met with a smile every time at any time. 10/10 would always come back again!

Simply one word - Delicious! If you haven’t tried Chick-fil-A yet, and happen to find one close by, don’t think twice. Go ahead and try their menu. Expect a longer wait time in the drive through queue though.

This is my first time trying Chick-fil-a! I’m impressed with their service and food, especially waffle fries and iced tea! Their nuggets and the chicken of spicy chicken sandwich is tender. The place is clean and good for dining in. They also come to your table to ask you if you’d like to have a refill.

Love Chick-fil-A. Love its original sauce. Burger is good. Waffle potato fries are good. I wish it is also available in Asia.

Not a great example of the Chic-fil-A chain. A bit slow to deliver food. Food is not well prepared - one of my fries was basically a fried potato skin and the pimento cheese was ALMOST on the chicken. Flowers on the table had seen better days.

The same as all the other ones :) The seasonal peach drink is so yummy (typical artificial peach flavor), perfect for this summer weather xD And the shake was as good as I remembered 😭
