This particular Popeye's location is very bad, poorly managed, and will scam you out of food. In the past 3 delivery orders, at least one item has been wrong or missing. 1. Drinks would be wrong. 2. Order 8-piece tenders and only receive 6-7. Order a 3-piece chicken dinner meal and receive 2 pieces. Order a chicken sandwich, and its missing. 3. And the final straw. A chicken sandwich missing half of its breading, and the rest is coming off. If you enjoy eating at Popeye's, avoid this location it's of lower quality than usual.

This specific location is gross and not safe to eat at. My chicken always comes out soggy with grease and Today I bit into a moldy biscuit. If you ask for a fresh batch of food they will usually ignore the request or just warm up the batch you sent back for being cold.

I liked this Popeyes for years until recently I got a moldy biscuit. Most of the time the chickens were juicy and seasoned. But this time, after I saw this gross moldy biscuit, I’m really worried about the food safety there and how the owner of this restaurant is running it now. We realized recently that staffs were super impatient and never got the orders correct. They were so annoyed when we asked to correct it last time. Really hope whoever is running this restaurant can make it as good as before.

The 5 PC chicken came with one tiny honey mustard dip. Cost 10 bucks and they are very very small boxes of chicken, have bones and very greasy. Small wing, small drumsticks and they control the sauce like its going to break the bank to give you one.

The food was pretty good. Cole slaw was a little bit too sweet. The eating place was clean. What you would expect from any typical fast food place. Only small thing is that there's this big plastic divider between you and the cashier, and if it's busy, you have to yell quite loudly to be heard when ordering.

Felt really greasy. Not enjoyable. The coleslaw tasted like dish soap…

The chicken filet on the spicy chicken sandwich wasn’t warm or hot! Red beans and rice too much rice not enough red beans. This location typically does better but not today!

The best chicken tenders that I have ever had. I always get it to go. The sides are ok. The staff is usually on the younger side. Again, great chicken!

I wanted to arrange a large order for a party but the manager understood little of my request and my Spanish is not adequate to explain. I gave up and put in my order for 60 pieces of chicken at Kentucky Fried.

I guess I should have known better to hit up a Popeyes on short notice for a quick meal. My previous stops have been fine but got the combo even though I didn’t want the drink because it made the most sense. Got home and no biscuit. I was so annoyed I went back and they didn’t even have biscuits ready but the gave me two. Was it worth the drive? Probably not but.. I don’t know #principle

They never have ice here. I do door dash here a lot and they never have ice. It’s the least a business should have ice. Nobody like to drink hot soda. Then when I asked for condiments that were behind the counter, the girl gave me major attitude as if she did not want to help me. By the time I asked for my last item she just threw it in my bag. This is an unacceptable level of service and the poor service is why I usually don’t like to come here.

The Best real chicken nuggets town. Way better in quality than McD.

What to do for a quick bite to eat and curious if all the hype about the chicken sandwich is true? Gotta at least try it! Ok, so I think the sandwich is meh. The buns were somewhat soggy because it was wrapped in the sandwich wrapper, which squished it. The chicken itself has too much batter for my taste. Nothing special in the sauce. I have never been that type of person who would stand in long lines for food, or anything for that matter. It would not warrant a second visit, just for the chicken sandwich. I have had better.

Quite a disappointing experience at Popeyes. They ran out of fries which is not a big deal but the sign indicating they were out of fries was for the next day which causes confusion. The sides that we were ordered (coleslaw and Cajun rice) were so disappointing. The rice felt bland, I can't recommend it. The coleslaw wasn't great either. Only the chicken was good.

On a prior visit the chicken sandwich wasn't fresh and cold. So on the next trip I provided this feedback to the manager and she apologized and told me the hold time on fresh chicken and then asked if I didn't mind waiting. I genuinely appreciated her response and my meal was hot, fresh, and delicious!

THIS PLACE IS A DISASTROUS! Won't be going back, they advertise 11pc on the board and at the register say they no longer offer it ! It is now a 10pc. Are you kidding me, they could t even compensate the extra chicken to complete the offer displaying and let me go happy then change thesign, no sense of customer service at all! They clueless about what they offer and or sell at this location, need more training, rookies...

I have bad experience here with the manager..i ordered 2 buckets of family chicken he only gave 1 ranch.i always order here for my kids.i said do u think 1 ranch sauce is good enough for 2 buckets.

Popeye's has really excellent spicy fried chicken, but this store is pretty hit and miss. They will often serve chicken that's been sitting for a while, and I've taken to specifically asking for freshly made chicken. If I wanted ordinary chicken, I would have gone to KFC. Update: another disappointment, lukewarm non-spicy chicken. So I asked for a replacement, and read told I needed to wait 15-20 minutes. Do they really leave chicken out for that long without making fresh batches?

Frequently misses sauce requests and often only gives 3/4 out of 5 tenders in order. This stuff is sooo basic (I’ve worked there and I know this is easy)

Went at lunch time. Slight line with about 7 people waiting. Got a $10 box with 6 chicken strips 2 sides, 2 biscuits and 2 apple pies. On this day, they had no apple pies(I never eat apple pies) so when they offered a soda instead, I was happy. The food was warm and served quickly. The male cashier was patient and nice.
