Purchased
a
balcony,
lake-view
room
that
sleeps

people
(we
had
6
people
with
us)
with
points
via
the
Holiday
Inn
site.
Upon
arrival,
we
were
given
a
room
that
would
only
sleep
4,
had
no
balcony
or
lake
view.
When
this
was
brought
up
to
the
manager
on
staff
she
said
she
couldn't
change
anything.
When
asked
if
we
could
have
a
roll
away
bed
since
the
room
given
wouldn't
accommodate
6,
she
said
no.
It
took
a
lengthy
discussion
to
get
her
to
change
us
to
a
room
that
would
sleep
all
6
of
us.
So,
after
about
20
minutes
of
lugging
our
stuff
back
and
forth,
we
were
given
a
room
that
could
sleep
everyone.
Of
course,
this
room
was
not
lake
view
and
had
no
balcony,
but
my
earned
reward
points
were
taken
to
purchase
a
room
with
those
features!
Very
disappointing
service.
We
avoided
this
location
on
the
way
back
from
our
vacation.
