Never use this store! Worst customer service ever! I ordered some chicken on 11/24 morning and scheduled to pick it up at 4:15PM on the same day. Soon after placing the order, a store staff called me and asked me if I can pick it up a bit earlier since they would close at 4PM on the day so I agreed to come by at 3:30PM. When I got to the store at 3:30PM, the door had already been locked even though there was still "Open" sign hung up on the door. I saw a dozen of other people like me confused in front of the door, not being able pick up their online order that they placed well before. There were some store staff still working inside so we asked them to open the door so that we can pick what we ordered but they refused to do so. Together with the people waiting outside, we asked the staff inside come out and at least explain what was going on. Then after 20 mins or so, she finally came out but just said "We're closing". Everybody couldn't understand what she meant by that and asked "then where are our foods that we ordered online" but she just kept replying "I don't know but we don't have chicken so go home". We asked her to at least refund what we ordered online but she refused to do that too saying she didn't know the system so just give up. She refused to give us what we ordered, refused to refund and refused to even call her manager but just told everybody outside go home. After a long conversation, we gave up and turn back but everybody said they would never come back KFC, ever again. Basically KFC scammed all of us and jeopardized our Thanksgiving dinner!

Worst customer service . The lady at drive in counter kept talking in Spanish and yelling at staff with directions. Her accent (along with yelling) made it tough to even understand what she is saying. She could not take the order properly and gave us wrong food for which we had to drive back. She wasn’t even apologetic and could barely comprehend English. Worst customer service. Not sure why they can’t hire right or competent people in customer facing roles. Store Manager was helpful in only understanding what we need and taking the order but no apologies or regrets from her either. No wonder their customer service sucks.

If there could be a 0 star for this place. The lady taking orders at drive in was extremely rude, yelling while taking the orders. She took the wrong order and when questioned she wasn't even apologetic and kept yelling and arguing. She could barely understand English and needs someone for translation. The store manager wasn't of much help either except playing "translator" for her rude staff. So overall food is below average and staff is both rude and incompetent.

Picked up dinner from here on the way to the hotel went to the drive-thru they gave me absolutely no utensils and no napkins.

Visited KFC recently and was impressed by the outstanding service from Octavio at the cashier. Friendly and professional, he made my experience a delight. The KFC-wraps combo was delicious too. Big thanks to Octavio for his exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!

Good food but the chasers hardly know English, besides that you can’t go wrong with the extra crispy

The new chicken sandwich is pretty darn good, rivals Chick-Fil-A for sure. Wasn't a single sole at the drive thought but the meal was pretty decent!

Came around 11am and was craving fried chicken and this KFC didn't disappoint like the other ones. The chicken was immaculate. Just juicy, crispy, and most of all tender on the inside. The mash was just perfect unlike other KFC places where it's usually watery. I also got the spicy chicken sandwich, it wasn't that spicy but it was amazing like the chicken, the fries were just the right amount of crispiness. Overall best KFC in the Area. The photo doesn't do this spot justice. Also kudos to the black Gma you can tell she knows how to cook.

The staff is friendly and helpful here. The food here is above average for a KFC, with all the sides you expect. Pleasantly surprised that the white meat chicken pieces were not dry. This location is definitely a step above many of the other locations.

We came to KFC at 1065 East El Camino Real to order food and KIMEY, the cashier was in a hurry and very very rude getting our order. We were trying to get one of KFC’s cake and carefully checking the discard date on the sticker. One is going to be discarded on that same day and the other in two days. She got so upset on us checking the discard dates and she kept on saying so many times in a rude raised voice about those dates that as she said “It doesn’t matter “, “It’s all the same”. Then she started removing the stickers of the discard date and place the cakes back on the counter. We could have let it go but her behavior was so rude so we answered back that for us those discard dates matter and very important. You can feel that the way she reacted in this incident gave us doubts whether KFC is selling fresh food or not. With her arrogant attitude she needs a good customer service training and she should know that expiration or discard dates are very important especially for food.

It is not “fried to order” for sandwiche. I ordered a chicken sandwich and some wings. I saw the young lady server put a chicken patty directly from the rack. As I expected, it is soooooo tough and dry. If you can’t make “fried to order”, why you claim that?

Please make sure when you leave with your order I was missing with mashed potato and gravy I had to come all way back and I asked them for this but they were like this ???? Very bad service even it was there fault never want to see there faces again

Check your order before you leave otherwise for missing item the staff is going to be rude
