Awesome place to visit cause so much history that can be admired and go back to time with the antique car collection. Mr Dauer is an excellent person gave my little one a collection coin. A place that deserves to be visited. Deserves more than 5 stars.

My friend and I came in today and really enjoyed the museum! Would have loved to meet Dr. Dauer himself since my friend and I are medical students but we did have the pleasure to be shown around by his son Eric! The family has a great collection and the facility is something any car enthusiast should check out if in the area. Definitely worth it for 20 bucks!

This family owned museum is a true South Florida gem. We were greeted by Dr. Dauer himself and given a brief historical overview. We were then escorted by Eric, who's knowledge of classic cars was far superior then any episode of top gear I've seen. Eric was truly a master story teller of the historical moments and querks about every vehicle AND classic television cameras along with various period pieces of technology, without him we probably wouldn't have learned that much today!

It’s hard to put into words how much we enjoyed this museum and the great experience we had while visiting. Thank you to the owner Eddie, his son Eric (who gave the VIP tour), and their mechanic Greg who we chatted with in their shop area (part of VIP tour). IF YOU’RE A CAR AND HISTORY BUFF AND IN THE AREA, YOU ARE MISSING SOMETHING VERY SPECIAL IF YOU DON’T VISIT THIS MUSEUM! The admissions fee is $20 per person, but if you want to get the most out of your visit then go for the VIP tour at $35 per person. It is absolutely worth every penny and you get a personal guide and get to see much more of the cars and other collectibles up close and some of the “behind the scenes” items/areas. This is a family owned museum which explains why it is such a great attraction. They have put their heart and soul into it for the past 40+ years and continue to do so every day because of their passion. If you pass this one up and don’t make the time to go see it if you’re in the area then you’re a fool! Sorry, just had to say that because that’s how much we enjoyed it.

Every car appears as if brand new and there is a big emphasis on Cadillacs it is truly like an art museum to see the beautiful unique designs of all these cars. There are also many cool historical artifacts such as TV cameras in the pre digital age. It is not a very large museum so you can do the visit in one to two hours.

This is the place to see classic cars! Immaculate cars in immaculate setting; spotless, clean and a real museum; not a garage or warehouse. Period displays are excellent and so are the people who run the museum! If you like cars, even a little, this is a must stop for young and old car people! Highly recommended ! A photographer/videographer dream location.

This was a GREAT experience! I’ve lived in area 30yrs so know lots of things to do but this is now a “must do” with visitors. The weather called for rain so wanted something indoors. Friends from Detroit area so was hoping this would be good. It far surpassed my expectations. Eddie greeted us at the door and explained a bit then let us wander around on own. He checked in after awhile to see if any questions. His passion and enthusiasm was what really made it great. Not to mention the variety of items and 55 or so cars. The knowledge he had was unsurpassed. Defiantly hope he’s there next time also. If not there are signs at every car showing details. Definitely worth the money. I’m local and will be back. Highly recommend.

We came to visit our daughter who lives in Fort Lauderdale. My husband founded this place online. It's incredible to see cars from 60s and more..how they are precisely made and you can see much more interesting things. Every car lover will appreciate this exhibition ❤️🚘

Most Excellent! If you are in the area, definitely see this collection of great cars. Arranged very well, easy to see with plenty of room. Has to be one of the best collections of Cadillacs anywhere. A great sampling of cars from different eras. Some very unique vehicles, some with very special histories. Courteous and helpful staff. Very easy to spend several hours there. Very clean restrooms. Greatly enjoyed our visit. Thank you.

Best collection of classic cars, in excellent condition, ever seen, under one roof. Specifically the gorgeously presented Cadillacs, on display. Great experience if you are on vacation in the Miami area! The Museum is just a short distance from the new Soccer Stadium of the “Inter Miami CF”.

This place is awesome. There are so many antique cars and other items to see. Definitely do the guided “VIP” tour. Eric was a great guide with tons of additional information.

This place is such a gem. I enjoyed getting a glimpse into the past. Cars were really ornamental. The wheels, interior cabin and all the details are impressive. The collection is fantastic and well kept. The framed puzzles by the restrooms were a bonus for me. Thank you for letting me stroll and admire on my own.

The Dauer's are an amazing family and their collection of cars is superb. 🤯I had the most incredible day at the museum and was treated to an amazing VIP tour by Eric Dauer. Eric was so generous in the tour with my many questions and shared so many amazing stories of the cars and interesting facts most people would not know about these cars. He shared his passion and family stories that made him my favorite guide ever🙂 As a car nut, I learned so much about the Cadillacs and other amazing cars that I never knew 💫💯 Later his father Dr. Edward Dauer greeted me and shared so many of the other museum's amazing collection like the television and broadcasting systems and the first electrical cash register. Additionally, so many of these cars have incredible personal stories and family sentiment shared in the tour stories. Finally, Eric's mom and Dr. Dauer's wife, Dr. Joanne Dauer arrived with one of their grandkids and she was equally lovely and kind. I was amazed by how passionate she is about cars and the family collection. Her influence in creating the vignettes for the collection and input on complimentary museum artifacts was shared. Additionally, her first car is there and other family cars that have been gifted by her husband to her on special occasions like anniversaries and Valentine's Day.💖 The Dauer's have authored several books on cars and other passions, I am so enjoying the 2 books that I purchased and recommend you get them to enjoy after you visit. I could keep going on about the incredible cars and the family's amazing passion for them and generosity for sharing them with the public. Hands down my favorite museum experience EVER!! 😎 If you love cars this is the place to go. It's a wonderful day trip from Naples and is very close to Sawgrass Mill mall. Hotels, food and is weekend trip or over and back. Thanks again to the amazing Dauer family for an amazing day shared while enjoying these amazing cars!!! .

I was very entertained by all the different vehicles and memorabilia that I got to experience. The wall of puzzles was absolutely amazing. My favorite one was the butterfly puzzle. John was very friendly and knowledgeable about his cars.

Being a boomer and seeing all those mint condition vehicles of yesteryear was exciting. Spoke with one of the gentlemen that was maintaining and restoring cars and asked if they had any new projects. He walked me back into the shop and showed me there new projects while explaining the background of museum. Highly recommend tour if you're a classic car lover.

Outstanding! I can't thank Dr. Dauer enough for the amazing tour he gave to myself and my two cousins. We were blown away by the impressive collection of cars and Dr. Dauer's kindness during the tour. The proceeds of the museum go toward helping under underprivileged youth. It's a wonderful cause and an awesome opportunity to see rare and one-of-a kind cars and artifacts.

I visited this museum with my dad, and we were both pleasantly astonished by how beautiful the collection was! The cars were accentuated with memorabilia from the era in which they were made, and everything was tastefully exhibited and immaculate. The layout was excellent and simple to navigate (even without a guided tour).  We spent at least 2 hours there and could have stayed longer. If you love to take photos of classic cars, you won't be disappointed either. Anybody considering visiting a historic vehicle museum in South Florida should definitely pay a visit.

This place is just amazing. Not just the cars but the backdrops they are staged in. If you are a car lover, go see this collection as soon as possible. You will not regret it. That warm, friendly greeting right at the door starts it off on the right foot. The family pictures show how the family grew right along the collection.

Visited yesterday. Met the owner and his son Eric. Both very inviting and friendly. The collection started 50 years ago and they have had them on display at this location for over a year. There are some rare cars in this collection. Some impressively beautiful without restoration necessary. Others authentically restored. Take time to read short history narratives for each car. Very interesting and brief. Nice way to spend an afternoon! There are other memorabilia on display as well. Pinball games were fun to play. Recommend!

Neat museum full of great cars and memorabilia primarily from the 50s and 60s (although some 70s and older vehicles). Some neat things like an electron microscope, x-ray machine and other non auto things to check out. You can check out everything in about an hour.

Great place to visit! Maybe 60 cars mostly from the 50’s and 60’s, including a Cadillac collection. All of the cars are in pristine condition. There is plenty of memorabilia to see also. You should plan on spending a couple hours there. 5 + stars

We took my father-in-law to the Dauer Museum this morning. He loves cars from the 50's and 60's. Dr Dauer greeted us at the door and told us a bit about the collection. All the cars were in pristine condition. We had a nice time and would recommend a visit to the museum. :)
