I ordered orange chicken, beef teriyaki, rice and lo mein. It doesn’t look like it had any chicken in there. The sauce tasted good but it barely had any chicken and it was tough . The beef teriyaki had an after taste, nothing taste like teriyaki.

The service is extremely horrible!!! They served me my takeout plate as if I was inconveniencing them. They are also very stingy with the food for the price. This was my first and last time getting food from Japan Japan! Don’t waste your money or time, you’re better off going 5 steps down to the next Korean food place or even Cajun grill. They serve the same type of food with way better customer service, customer care and portions for the price.

Extremely nasty employees who stare at you with hate and anger when you speak to them. You can see that they absolutely despise customers and aren't afraid to show it. On top of that, the food is not fresh and extremely cheap quality. Go somewhere else.

I’ve eaten here before and I used to love this place. But this new staff is really rude. They don’t know how to treat people. And there is a lady in particular (idk if she is the manager) she is always at the register has a very nasty actitude. I was about to pay and I asked her nicely “how much is it?” Because the other lady told me a different price and she responded “It’s right here, you don’t know how to read” and she walked away. Very rude people. Never going back and it's sad.

Spicy chicken ramen looks like it was from a nissin bag that you buy at the grocery for like 70 cents. I bought it for 9.62. It is not spicy at all

Rice tasted like cardboard and potatoes tasted like they came out of a pan that wasn’t cleaned. I could buy better food at a gas station. Cheaper too! Go to the place next to them which they have a lot better food or you can starve, you’ll probably be better off just saying .

Very expensive and young lady serving food is very rude

Super service, really friendly staff, great portions and food tasted glorious! Really hit the spot today! Good drink sizes too. They gave us tasters of the food first so we could try it before we bought it. Would highly recommend. Great value for money.
