    I have never felt like that in a subway. One of the girls working there was very rude since we enter the place. She was talking all the time to her coworker and she refused to take our order in the way we asked. I tried to be polite and respectful. However, she denied to prepare the second sandwich just because she doesn’t want to walk back. This is insane… the worst part is that her coworker did nothing to fix the situation. Terrible customer service.

    So today is April 11, 2023... I don't usually order from this store but I gave them a chance for an online order. Well let's just say it's first and last. I wanna tell everyone I used to work for subway back in my teen years and I know the scoop portions and amounts to be placed. I order 2 foot longs on tuna. When I got home from picking it up, I opened one of them up and starting eating (noticing the tuna meat was VERY VERY minimal). I ate the sub either way bc I was starving. When I called to complain, the owner answered and verified with her manager that the scoop proportion was appropriate and I should have taken a picture LOL. As an inconvenience the next time I order and PAY for 2 other subs, she is willing to give me 2 extra scoops. Very bad customer service. Won't be coming here anymore ;) Advice to anyone coming in, make sure you pay attention to the meat size (and get your money worth $ for the correct amount). Don't place any online orders from bad review places again, customer service issues not solved appropriately.

    Place had a funky smell when I came in. Though the sandwich artist was nice and I appreciated the care he took to make my sandwich, I found that the sub I had seemed off. An ingredient wasn't fresh and it was hard to tell what. I think it was the bread or cheese. Anyways, worker was good but the food quality was low. Better subways out there - at least during tonight.

    I had a young gentleman named Ivan, who Assisted me and my family with our order. He was very nice, calm and collected which you rarely find. Overall we were satisfied and will definitely come back, Good job subway.

    I bought a sandwich on two occasions here. I don't understand why ppl act strange or nervous bc I'm making conversation or being friendly around here. I'm polite and respectful anywhere. Don't toss my food. I even gave a tip. Thank you.

    Although I ordered and paid through the app, when I arrived I was told they could then make my sandwiches and that I would have pay in person and wait for a refund of what I had already paid through the app. This store also does not take any coupons or coupon codes. In addition, they were possibly the worst sandwiches I've ever gotten from a subway. Toppings were few and seemed flavorless.

    My favorite location, I like that they're still wearing masks, the gentleman who assisted me the other day was absolutely perfect. He made my sin exactly how I asked and even better - every bite was the same. I'm really picky with my subs so I'm glad I got him instead of the others I saw fixing subs. I even placed a tip in the bowl

    Delivery Drivers play a major role in keeping YOUR restaurant afloat, especially amid the pandemic by delivering YOUR food! How dare you treat me/us with so much disrespect! That would be this Subway, particularly the manager on this Tuesday's dayshift. Upon my requesting the order for pick up, she demanded NOT asked,me to "swipe my phone" to "start delivery" before giving me the customer's food. She said " it is to prevent fraud. I told her that is nowhere in the notes for this order. She made a scene and rudely stated that that is the way they do it and if I don't like it, then I don't have to deliver there. I told her I will contact the delivery service and let them know. So I did just that! Wellll the delivery service informed me that she was totally out of line, that drivers are NOT required to start delivery until we have received the food in our hand and even then, it is NOT to be started by her demand or request but when we decide to start it on our own..which of course should be upon receiving an order. We should not be asked to swipe our phones or asked to allow them to see our phones as she did me. The delivery service also stated that the only thing that manager/restaurant should be doing is checking the name and order number to make sure they're giving the right order to the driver. They assured me they will be checking into this matter immediately and addressing it. First time I've ever experienced such insolent behavior and speech from a restaurant. Never trust a restaurant that treats their delivery drivers bad! That's the same thing as treating their employees bad. Not good!

    I’ve been debating whether to write this review but I just ordered from another subway and the experience was so much better! The service from the regular employees at this store is good except the owner/manager. The last 2 orders I’ve placed on the app get canceled and are not ready when I get there. I have to wait in line and place order. Employees told me that the owner/manager won’t let them take orders on line. So they have to cancel them. If it wasn’t for the regular employees I would have given this store no stars! If you don’t want to participate in app services then opt out of it.
