I
went
to
this
store
about
Bunnings,
Acacia
Ridge,
8:00
PM
8/9/23
looking
for
an
item.
I
went
to
the
place
they
would
be
kept
and
could
not
find
it.
I
asked
the
young
women
at
the
door
if
she
could
help
by
looking
the
item
up
on
her
Bunnings.
She
said
I
could
look
it
up,
but
I
have
to
get
the
trollies
off
the
lift
and
walked
away.
Went
to
another
employ
and
asked
if
he
knew
where
they
might
be,
but
said
preemptively,
that
I
had
been
through
aisle
12
already
where
they
would
logically
be.
He
responded,
well
that’s
where
they
will
be.
I
asked
then
if
he
could
look
up
on
his
Bunnings
technology
which
aisle
location,
I
would
find
them
in.
It
seemed
like
he
was
annoyed
by
that
request,
but
did
look
it
up
and
informed
me
that
the
item
was
no
longer
available.
I
went
to
look
for
another
item
but
had
no
success,
so
asked
another
employee
to
which
she
responded,
aisle
51
or
52,
“give
that
a
shot.”
I
went
to
aisle
51
and
52
to
no
avail,
so
I
left.
I
found
the
product
I
needed
elsewhere
the
next
day.
I
have
found
this
store
to
be
on
a
steep
decline
in
customer
service
since
they
opened.
I
went
in
another
time,
and
asked
where
I
might
find
castors.
The
person’s
response
was
a
quizzical,
“are
they
those
little
wheels?”
I
think
this
store
has
some
real
staffing
problems.
