Since the change to a large practice it has no welcoming or warmth about it. I saw a different dr to my usual GP due to the wait times and was treated quite rudely from the minute he walked in to the room. He was very abrupt and uninterested. Called to check on results following tests and was told to make another appt to check them - another $88 for 2 mins in the GP’s room to be treated like that - no thanks. Definitely lacking in service for a health professional service.

I am in an awful state right now. Needed an emergency appointment, close to calling an ambulance. Got a Telehealth appointment but they were late and I couldn’t wait any longer so I called 13 health and they helped me with my condition so I figured I wouldn’t bother with the Telehealth appointment. When I called to cancel (I figured I may as well cancel rather then waste their time). The receptionist was extremely rude and pretty much scolded me for cancelling at late notice. Like I would have been willing to pay a late fee? It’s fine really no trouble. Just charge me instead of being rude. You don’t know why people have cancelled or what their personal circumstances are. Call me sensitive but I cried when I got off the phone lol.

Rang to make an appointment for my daughter who was feeling unwell. I explained she had a headache for several days but no flu like symptoms. Extremely rude receptionist said they wouldn’t take anyone that might have Covid (which she doesn’t!). So much for doctors code of conduct.

Dr. Johanna English is undoubtedly a skilled and professional GP. Her expertise and care during my visit were truly commendable. However, my experience with the receptionist named Sarah left much to be desired. Unfortunately, I found the receptionist's demeanor to be rather rude and unhelpful, which detracted from an otherwise positive experience.

I see Dr Fleur Thomas who is fantastic. She is a very dedicated Dr who doesn't rush you and will sit and explain things to you. So happy I am one of her many patients

Nice new premises with lots of doctors and generally on time which is nice. Downside is that they each decide how much they will bill you and if they choose to bulk bill for under 16 yo. After a few visits I discovered only 1 or 2 doctors do and we were never told this during our booking. Also they are quite expensive for a standard consultation and seemed very rushed. They need more front of house staff. We will use as backup from now on.

DR CASSANDRA HARRIS HAS BEEN THE MOST WONDERFUL DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD. As someone who has struggled so much with my health, Dr Cassandra has been absolutely outstanding, After 8 different doctors and years of pain and hospital trips i finally found a doctor who listened to me and got answers for my health, I got diagnosed with endometriosis and she made sure i got seen by the hospital ASAP to get surgery to get me back on track with life. Aswell as fertility because of the endometriosis i had been struggling to fall pregnant, with cassandra's advice and support we now have a beautiful baby girl due in May! if you are looking for a doctor who is going to listen to you and help you with your problems Dr Cassandra is your go too! We are beyond grateful for everything she has done for us!

It was my first time going to this centre today and the whole experience was so positive. Dr Dudderidge was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The reception staff were super friendly and the fact that I could get a blood test and fill a script on the way out was fantastic!

Ochre medical Caloundra is amazing, I’m so glad the centre was recommended to me. The centre and its facilities are fantastic and the staff are lovely. Dr Aaron Lewis is awesome- so friendly, professional & very knowledgeable in paediatrics.

I highly recommend Dr. Jeremy Duddridge at this practice. He is an exceptional doctor professional, caring, and genuinely invested in his patients' well-being. The staff consistently exhibit friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, a great healthcare experience.

Dr was great but I feel reception was understaffed. I booked my appointment with HotDoc online and it was cancelled via email rather than a call or a text because not everybody looks at emails when they’re on their way to appointments.

The queue was so long to wait for a receptionist when I came in. Otherwise very nice first impression for my first visit there. Friendly reception staff and GP very kind.

Worst Medical Centre ever. Cathy at reception was so rude over the phone, shouting constantly at me due to a lack of doctors available to obtain my results in the time I was promised. Will not be going back!

Ochre never fails to impress. As someone with multiple autoimmune conditions the care taken by all the practitioners is outstanding. The centre is lovely and welcoming, easy to find and plenty of parking.

Having recently swapped to the Ochre clinic I got in to see Dr. Aaron Lewis with my 5 week old. As a first time mum I was stoked to be greeted with a positive, relatable and proactive doctor that made me feel super comfortable. He didn’t muck around getting the results back to me asap. Feeling very confident that bubs has found her new GP.

I'm transitioning to the coast & hurt my back. I started with visiting the Physio, and needed to see a GP stat The physio enquired at the drs about seeing a new patient that needed pain management. I was able to see the Dr on the same day, and my Physio called later to see how I went. I've never had that treatment anywhere before! Ever

The staff are are wonderful very pleasant and professional. The wait time is under 15 minutes. We see Dr Nick Stanley and he is simply amazing, very skilled and he explains in detail what he will be doing in plain easy to understand language. He is a very gentle and caring man.

Ochre managed to fit my toddler in last minute with a Dr who doesn’t take new patients but made room to see us. For a one off visit, the staff were all lovely. I would see the Dr again if he was open to new patients
