Tucked away behind some shop fronts, you an discover this little gem with a cool surfer board next to a bunch of other shops and cafes. At first glance it looks pretty small but the larger than life tastes is being prepared for your hungry bellies and eager taste buds behind that counter. The coffee is spot on. I think that must of been my best coffee all year with a bean I have never heard of. And the meals hit that yumm spot at the bottom of my heart (where’s there’s always more room for food). I would highly recommend you go check this beautiful little cafe out and have a bite to eat, your taste buds will Thankyou for it! Enjoy !

A little hidden gem! Walked past a few times, and then realised its lunch time. Walked around some more to find food, Bead Head was very appealing cause it was hidden, less people and the food sounded so good. Ordered off the lunch special and it was amazing! Had me licking my plate! Sitting outside was lovely, a cool breeze throughout the shaded seating! So so good. I had the nasi goreng, pictured

This cafe is nice and cosy! We ordered the Mushroom Crostini (nice creamy mushroom) and corn fritters (very crispy fritters and nice serve of greens). Coffee was good and so was the service

Plenty of drinks to choose from and quite a large selection of vegetarian dishes as well. Lovely little cafe tucked away from the main roads.

It used to be a good place, good coffee and nice service . But really disappointed this time. Waited for over 30 minutes, because the kitchen forgot our order. And the bacon is definitely burnt.

I had the pork belly omelette and it’s very tasty. And I like the sorbet in the special drink. The location is not very easy to find.

Thursday night dinner at Bean Head was so good! Thai menu was exceptional, tasty and had generous servings. Would definitely recommend! One of Coolum’s best Thai spots.

Loved the coffee so much I came back 3 times - as good as anything I've had in my home city Melbourne. Tastiest bacon I've had for ages and really friendly staff 👌

Fabulous service! I was there with my toddler which can be a bit dicey but the staff were so accommodating and caring! They brought out little books and a toy for my son (he still loved playing with the sugar jar though!) The food was also excellent. Super delicious. Great selection of T shirts too! Thank you, we look forward to trying the dinner!

Amazing food! Always come here for the brekky burger and a coffee with our friends! Perfect start to every Sunday morning! Highly recommend

Exceptional food, great service, conveniently located.

The food was average… I think they needed to change the frying oil bc the hash browns I got (which were forgotten about initially) were dark brown and overly crispy… I mean, you could chip a tooth in how rock hard these hash browns were! The burrito bowl my partner had he said was nice ~ the beef was a little dry, though “pretty good” overall The staff were friendly and the vibe sitting outside under a tree was delightful.
