The owner needs to check on mental well-being of the staff. I've been going here for years and no one seems happy at all. No smiles no happy staff. Hope everything is okay there.

We regularly visit this location and enjoy the coffee and tasty treats. However what we don't enjoy is loud head banging music. Used my noise meter app the other morning and it regularly hit 100db. Not on. I am sure the owner would not approve. Update: This business reads reviews and makes changes. We now regularly visit and enjoy our coffee and cakes again. Thankyou for taking action.

I have had wonderful service until Sunday of this week. I wanted a ham and cheese croissant. I was told you only have ham,cheese and tomato croissant. Would I like the tomato taken off. As I am not able to eat tomato, I reluctantly said yes. I was charged the full price for ham,cheese and tomato. I phoned back later to question this. I was told by the manager that I was lucky they took the tomato off at all as they come pre packaged. Her exact words were “ we were doing you a favour by taking it off so we have to charge for doing that “ We do this with all our customers. I was taken aback to say the least. My son and I order coffee at this outlet at least 5 days a week. So disappointed now.

Very disappointed about the way coffee is served. Drinking coffee out of a paper cup when there is really no need for it, is wasteful and tasteless. Since proper cups were not available, I canceled my order and went elsewhere.

Tried the cheese burger pies very happy I walked in as its new and its very nice inside great service and this one offers a drive through i will be back don't forget to get a loyalty card

Great place for a quick coffee and bite to eat. Friendly staff, wheelchair accessible, indoor and outdoor seating options. More than just pies and sausage rolls. Drive thru, take away or dine in.

After visiting the Birtinya farmers market this morning, and in desperate need of a quality coffee, we strolled around the corner to Banjos bakery & cafe. We could have availed ourselves of the drive thru but decided we needed the exercise (albeit only a few hundred metres). The cafe was clean, well lit, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the entire range of bakery items looked delicious. We ordered our coffee and pies (cauliflower cheese and beef, bacon & cheese) and consumed them in the undercover area outside (with our dog). Great work!

Went there today Monday 10.4. Asked for 2 coffees , 1 included a double shot and sugar. When I tasted it , it had neither, when asked I was met with a very poor attitude and rolling eyes. Like I had made the wrong coffee! What ever happened to " sorry let me fix that up for you "

Great Cafe and bakery... large range of yummy food including innovative pies... try their Tasmanian scallop pie !! My favourite is their mini Savoury Rolls 3 for $6.95...or maybe the potato and beef pie ..or their classic ham salad roll toasted. Then there are the friendly and happy team...quick service including drive through. Rewards card worth signing up for.

Ordered a steak n mushroom pie plus a scallop pie , I received I think a steak and kidney but definitely was not mushrooms and a curry chicken pie.

I am never buying coffee here again. I am gob smacked that a baby chino gets served just as cold milk. We go out for coffee a lot, and I have never been told that a barista cannot heat up frothed milk and put into a tiny cup. I am so annoyed, but I would rather take my business elsewhere.

Love the pepper pie - always a winner, always delicious! And very convenient drive through service. Always buy a coffee and they stock my favourite almond milk!

Poor service, ordered a coffee, was told the coffee would be ready soon, sat outside to eat, 10 minutes went by and went back in to check and they had called it out but alas why do you have seating outside and if someone is sitting outside wouldn't the common sense be that one of your staff let that customer know. I was met with a rude response of "we don't have table service" well you also don't have customer service. I wasn't once told that you have to wait inside for your coffee to be called, I wasn't asked for a name etc. Really disappointing. Either way the coffee always sucks anyway.

Great coffee, food and service from staff that make the effort to please you. Always a great relaxing place to stop and refresh....
