Amazing Pies, pastys & chips. Would be a 5 star but we sat here fir half an hours and no staff were tasked with cleaning tables. Customers asking for napkins and scraping the previous customers crumbs and leftovers. 4 Star! Come on management get this sorted! I'll be back.

Enjoyed the wide selection of 🥧 pies and pastries. Value for money if you buy the 5 for $29.95 deal as one pie can set you back $8 20 each, from the more expensive range.

Great service by a lovely young girl chloe. The pies were delicious and good for a treat. I would definitely recommend.

I liked the atmosphere here. Shop nice and set out lovely, however, I did not like seeing a dog in the shop and thought that this was rude as there was plenty of places to tie a dog up outside. Dogs in shops is not health concious to me or thoughtful of peoples allergies. I thought the shop a bit expensive on hot foods. The chai latte's were excellent. Shop design good. Thought staff were o.k, however, it took some time before the dog was asked to vacate store with owner. Food all looked good and fresh. Nice variety too.

Called in today and asked for an iced latte. Waited ten minutes watching the staff fluff around with the deep fryer and serve other customers and another lady bring an orange or red bowl to the espresso machine and put hot water in and mix it up. Same lady looked at the coffee order and then wandered off. No one else came near the coffee machine or my order..all continued serving..not that busy and fluffing with a basket of chips cooking in the fryer. Finally the lady who had been mixing stuff in the bowl gets a jug and I watch her randomly putting three non stop pumps of caramel into the jug ,then she puts the coffee up into the machine and turns on the water and runs it into the jug. Then she poured that into a cup half full of ice and I watch her put a scrawny ball of ice cream into the cup. She then hands it to me and I ask what is that to which she replies your iced coffee. Looked at her and said I didn't order an ice coffee I ordered an ice latte...blank stare back from her. Said I don't want it ,it's not what I ordered. Another lady came over and asked what's wrong. Told her I didn't order iced coffee ,I asked for iced latte with just a half pump of caramel. I had asked for a pastie in the interim and asked how much it was from the lady who had offered refund of my iced coffee. I said I would take the pastie instead of waiting for a refund or a remake of the drink. There is a vast difference between iced coffee and iced latte and the girl who served me had asked another lady about the iced coffee. Neither seemed to know the difference between a iced latte and iced coffee. If zi had wanted an iced coffee I would have asked for that. Not happy.....sorry Beefys at Ozzie World official fail.

Don't review places at all, but I haven't had a pie like that in over 10 years.. Finally I've found a place that makes them like they used to. I also walked in and was served instantly.

I had a meat lovers pie that was great. Genius mix of flavours in a flacky and delicious pie crust. I also had a particularly nice Vanilla slice. The service was also prompt, polite and helpful. The prices are a bit expensive for pies but I think the quality is worthy of the extra spend. My only issue is that every table and chair was absolutely covered in pastry crumbs I had to wipe down both before I could even sit down. There was only one staff member on at the time and it was over the Christmas break so perhaps it's not always like that? Still. I'll be stopping in on my next drive.

Terrible !!! Pies are stored away from sight which raises a red flag. Don't order from a pie shop that hides their pies, in this case one with egg, I had severe food poisoning and had to make multiple emergency stops, as in beside blade of grass, driving north.

You would think with all the technology and the price you get ripped off for a toasted sandwich … it would be cooked to a radicle standard… another useless process and undertrained staff.. a toasted sanga should NOT be hard … hopeless. Thanks for wasting my time and money once again

Steak Bacon cheese pie was delicious, full and not sloppy and empty like other pies. Young girl was very efficient and polite despite being busy on her own serving

Ordered a toastie and it wasn't the greatest but also wasn't the worst edible but not pleasurable i can't say much about service as I didn't get a time frame or told how to receive food that will take a while in amongst the foot traffic which is understandable being so busy but also wasn't talked to in general silent transaction and purchase could have been friendly and mentioned there would be a wait of such time
