The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable on products and beds. Clean beds and variety of lotions to choose from no matter what your preference. There is always a monthly special that catches your attention. From the manager Shyanne (not sure of spelling) to the staff members like Leila - awesome crew!!

Shyanne was so helpful and sweet. I did my first spray tan, she walked me thru everything. I was very nervous as I was about to go on a trip. I'm so happy I went ahead and got it done was a beautiful tan, perfect color, and no steaks. Will definitely be back 😊

Yvette is by far the best manager I’ve come across in a long time! With the pandemic going on, I feel like customer service has been terrible at most businesses. I was pleasantly surprised and happy when Yvette was so kind and helpful to me. I am more impressed by her customer service skills than a lot of large reputable companies customer service skills these days. I will definitely continue my membership with LA Tan and hope to see Yvette’s friendly face every time I come in!

I been going to this tanning salon for 5 years. The place is immaculate, they clean there beds an I have used all there beds. In my experience the best bed for me is room 5, level 3 for 15 minutes. I get compliments on a daily basis of how natural my tan is. And management cares about there people. I love the manager shyann, she takes pride They change the bulbs often an I never went in a room that the bulbs were burnt out or not working. A strong word of advice do not ever go to la tan in palm bay. -Lynn Bisbano

Edit: fast forward from my last review 4 years ago... Definitely need better trained less DULL employees would make a big difference. They girl in the morning has no personality can't even talk with her. Zero customer service. Last review I wrote below was 4 years ago, and In the past 4 years it's just gone down hill. The place is literally falling apart. Ceiling tiles are missing (hole(s) all in the ceiling) holes in the walls. Also they dont provide very much for spray tanning, no foot pads no towels nothing except hair nets and lotion. (Lets not forget about that nasty mat they have for when you step out of the spray tanning booth) None of the employees are on the same page as of how reward points and promotions work. One month I can use the points I have on upgrades next month you can't. Yall need to get it together. They have an extremely high turnover rate and see why. Review from 4 years ago when things were good: Awesome experience so far! All the girls are nice! Carrie has been awesome she has went out of her way to help me with everything from choosing levels and upgrades to lotions and more. Clean and sanitary location. I will be going back many more times! 🌞🌞🌞

Caitlin has helped me achieve my tan goals! She has also educated me on tanning during the process and the difference between levels and what they are for. She is so kind & warming every time I come in and not to mention is extremely knowledgeable on products. I trust her with my skin. I always ask her what she thinks I should do and I am never disappointed ! Thank you so much L.A. TAN for the awesome experience and customer service.

Had a great experience today at LA Tan Thanks to Shelby Tucker! She had a positive attitude the minute I walked in the door! She was polite and helpful! The place was nice and clean and I get the best color here! I felt very welcome and the atmosphere was relaxing and calm! So thank you Shelby for the great experience!!!

I don't know who wrote those reviews on the salon because subtree an palmbay locations are the cleanest salons i have ever been too Yvette the manager at sintered is very knowledgeable and very personal level with her guests Regardless of whatever she is doing she always make sure that she's attentive to everyone that walks through the door always smiling an just one of the most nicest people I could meet. Andrea at palm bay again One of the most nicest andOne of the most knowledgeable on all products an services. If you ever have a chance to go to either location please do so. I highly recommend both places.

I love this place!!!! I’ve been an LA Tan member for about 13 years have been to several locations all very nice however I absolutely love the girls here at this location. Sheyann and Lila are my favorite and they are very personable!! They have so much knowledge on their products and help you pick the best lotion for yourself that fits your complexion! I could go on and on but if you are looking for a Tanning Salon this is your place!!!
