I cannot believe the office manager had the audacity to call me and tell me I hurt the receptionists feelings because I said I couldn’t hold. When I go to or call a Dr office there should be someone that can take their time and take proper notes to relay messages especially after being placed on hold multiple times. I’ve been calling the office for 2 weeks asking for the prescription to be called in as a cream instead of a pill which by the way was what she recommended to begin with. I was told by the office manager that the patient in office takes priority over the on the patients and that when you call a Dr office you should expect to be on hold. I am used to having to wait or be on hold but when there’s never an answer it becomes frustrating. Jennifer the NP was very nice and a great listener. Means well but seems burnt out or overworked. The communication between the providers and other staff is almost nonexistent. Jennifer forgot to tell the nurse to give me my B12 shot. She walked me to the front frantically in a hurry to dismiss me and didn’t communicate with the nurse, who by the way looked like she was going to fall asleep. I had to come back and remind them to give me the shot. Sounds like they need to get it some people with more experience!

Snow Family Medicine sets the standard by which all other medical practices should be evaluated. Dr. Snow is exceedingly professional, knowledgeable and caring. He has a calming demeanor, is an exceptional listener and his diagnoses and treatment plans are carefully thought-out and effectively communicated to the patient. I have never felt more comfortable when visiting a physician. His office and nursing staffs are also consummate professionals. Appointments actually start on-time and lab results are reported to the patient upon receipt of the same by the office. Dr. Snow and his customer-focused staff consistently deliver a high-quality patient experience that is second to none. I consider it a privilege to be a patient of Dr. Snow!

We have always received prompt appointments and seen as soon as possible. Everyone is courteous and caring, Dr Snow is especially detailed with our visits and keeps us in good health. Dr. Snow is an exceptional primary care physician, and I am extremely fortunate to be his patient. He takes his time to explain procedures and treatment options in a calming manner, which is truly comforting. His prompt response to messages in the patient portal and efficient handling of requests is highly commendable. His office is has always accommodated me for sick visits and imaging results, and I have never been seen past my appointment time in the nearly 20-years I’ve been under his care. This doesn’t have to be long: I am very critical of the professionals in my life. 90% of professionals are mediocre, including physicians. I recommend Dr Snow to you without hesitation. He is excellent in every regard.

Since Jennifer Weldon-Greenfield left the continuity of care is woefully disappointing. Downright rude, unhelpful and entirely dismissive. You do not matter as a person here. You truly do not.

Nothing but excellent service everytime I go to the office. Even when I call the receptionist they are always pleasant on the phone and in person. The nurses very friendly. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful provider to see before she left. She helped and listen to all of my concerns. I met Dr. Snow for the first time and everything my mom told me for years about him was true. She’s been with him for years since I was a baby. Never had a bad experience. Absolutely love this office wouldn’t go anywhere else.
