First time visit with my “Olden” Retriever. Staff was polite, friendly, and easy to talk with. Dr. Rubio was thorough and explained all my treatment options. Then, what I really liked, since I don’t like surprises when it comes to fees, was that I was given a written breakdown of all the services the doctor recommend. Everyone’s mileage varies on this topic, but I felt the prices were more than reasonable. My dog ended up needing a minor procedure that I needed to leave him for, and he was ready for pick up at the time promised. His medication and care instructions were clearly explained to me and I left happy. I definitely will return and recommend.

They are so caring here and Dr. Rubio is amazing! Not wanting your money, so diagnoses the best for animal before charging larger amounts! Great place to take your fur baby!!!!!!!! And they do it all! Yes is Lovey anxious going there? Yes, but she would be anywhere! Here the staff truly care and are so sweet and Dr. Rubio is A+++++++

Dr. Rubio and his staff are amazing! My GSD was not feeling that well and I took her to see Dr. Rubio. He diagnosed her with Degenerative Myelopathy, which was so devastating as it is an incurable disease. But his kindness and eager to help with such a helpless disease made this situation so much more manageable. Dr. Rubio did not just stop with diagnosis, but is constantly monitoring her keeping her comfortable. She is doing much better than many at her stage. I bring all 4 of my pups to Dr. Rubio and I would not have it any other way. Thank you for being such a wonderful Vet.

I honestly would give this place 20 stars if I could. The entire place is always clean and plenty of rooms and space. Every single person on their staff is so caring and nice. The dr is knowledgeable as well. They are so accommodating and worked around my work schedule. I also have a reactive dog and they are super understanding and work with me so make her comfortable. Their prices are on par and their communication is A++++. Always calls and follows up and is always so helpful. They truly care about every single person and dog that comes in the door. Our fist experience with a new veterinarian since moving here 8 months ago. The staff was very professional and helpful. We waited a long time but we understood why. The doctor apologized for having us wait. The exam was thorough and they did not want to give any shots until they had received the records from our old veterinarian office. They were exceptionally busy but calm and friendly with everyone

Dr Rubio is just the best. He is very knowledgeable, great with the fur babies and more affordable than some of the other vets. His staff was super nice.

My dog loves Dr Rubio and his staff. They are so friendly and the office is very clean. We go often for nail trims. He cleaned my elderly dog's teeth without ordering a million tests... he did basic testing to be sure my dog was healthy and then did an excellent dental cleaning and a few extractions. My dog's breath was minty fresh! I feel that the prices are very fair.

My husband, Patrick, and I have started seeing Dr. Rubio for our two fur babies (Charlie/Tommy) for about a year now and we couldn't be happier, and I am sure if our boys could speak they would say the same thing. Dr.Rubio and his staff are impressive to say the least. The staff (Dr.Rubio, Juliana, Alyssa, Ali, Char, Caitlyn, Sara, Ellie, Skylar and Victoria) are Professional, Knowledgeable, and most of all caring. The continuity between Dr. Rubio and his staff is "OUTSTANDING " everyone is on the same sheet of music. Every time we leave his office, after our boys appointments, there is never a doubt that our boys are in excellent hands.

This is such a great place. Such a loving and kind staff. Just had to put my good boy down and they were awesome and made it as painless as possible. I can't thank these people enough for the way they treated Puppy and I.

Took my Dog (one of three) to see Dr. Rubio and it was a good experience for both of us. Everyone was curtious and professional. Dr. Rubio was very kind and to the point. My girl was happy and her brother and sister will be visiting next. Thanks! Plus the clinic is very clean!

My favorite vet in Brevard....maybe even entire country. Dr. Rubio is polite, caring, attentive, and loving of all pets. He takes his time and explains everything. His pricing is also a plus. Having French Bulldogs is nerve racking to find a vet you trust and know that they will go the extra mile with your babies. He has been phenomenal and his front/back office staff are the friendliest you will ever meet! I swear by them, they truly care and love their jobs. Best Vet for Bulldogs!

When Rubio first when into practice on his own he was pretty good. The reality now is he has had staffing issues and extremely long waits in the lobby waiting to be seen. Phone calls are not returned, prescription medicine authorizations are just left sitting. For basic pet care he is ok. If your pet develops any ongoing problem he will not know how to treat it appropriately. There is also the problem of him practicing on his own, when he goes on vacation you have no vet.

Dr. Rubio has been our vet for nearly 15 years. He and his entire clinic staff exceed expectations every single time. He is so amazing with the pets and his whole team works so hard to keep the pet parents informed. Highly recommend.

Came here based on recommendations from friends & others in the community. Took my cat in for acute vomiting. I was upset and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They got me in an hour after I called! Dr Rubio recommended giving my cat fluids, antinausea injection and go home with anti nausea & hairball meds. He said flat out he did not want to run any unnecessary tests! Which I greatly appreciated. I told the vet tech that in the past another local vet had run up the bill as much as possible the last time we had this same issue, and so I was so relieved at how reasonable Dr Rubio was. The vet tech said Dr Rubio only orders what is really necessary and he doesn't do unnecessary tests just to make money! Anyway, was told if my cat does not improve in a week to come back and then likely they would want bloodwork and xrays at that point. I really appreciated not being gouged! I will recommend this practice to everyone. Very honest, reasonable and caring vet and staff. Edited to add: they called the next day to check on my cat!

I love our vet. The office staff is always so kind and customer service oriented. Dr. Rubio always answers my questions and I don't feel rushed during an appointment.

We love how they make you feel welcome every time you go there, they talk to your pets using their names and the employees are so sweet to both humans and animals alike. The Vet takes his time and never rushes a visit. We trust them completely. We had our elderly dog and cat changed to Rubio Pet Hospital after 13 yrs with another local vet, and kept them with Rubio Pet Hospital until they passed away..and now we have our 2 young kitties and an adopted mid age puppy with them.. Best veterinary experience we've had so far. We Highly Recommend!! Mickey, Mia & Tobi Recommend them too :) 🐱🐱🐶

This was one of the best vet experiences I have had in a long time. The staff was very friendly. I appreciated that they let me know the cost of each individual action, shot, or medication before proceeding instead of giving an unexpectedly high bill in the end. With that being said, the prices were reasonable and fair. They even called the following day after my dogs appointment to check on him which to me shows sincerity in their work. Overall it was a great experience!

Awesome vet!! My yorkie mix was in need of a dental and Dr Rubio not only got her in the next day but price was HALF what 2 other vets quoted! The staff obviously cares for their patients and do a great job!

Dr. Rubio and his staff are just great. It's never fun going to the vet, but our dogs love him.
