Best in customer service. Busy place but they take time to deliver. Best buses for your safety and security. Join in for your sunyani to Accra journey.

Very spacious, but better organization and signage will improve accessibility. Buses should park in an order that eliminates need for departing buses to navigate tight routes to bypass those in front. I didn't need to use washroom, but I looked round and didn't find any signage showing where it was, if available.

It's very nice place, but there no resting place for awaiting passengers and after 9pm you will not get the bus unless you wait for next day.

There is too much lack of professionalism and no sense of urgency. Sometimes the bus is full but the driver and his colleagues will just be there chatting as if we have nothing doing we get to Accra. They should learn from the Kumasi drivers on how quickly they set off as soon as the bus is full. After all these years since wrote this post and it seems to me that management has not done much about the problem. Mediocrity

Very nice , convenient, & accessible place. There is a place of convenience as well. There are always taxis available to take you to wherever you want to go in Sunyani. I have patronized their services ones & I did love it. Especially, they buses are very good & strong.

Cool place to take car to and fro across the country

VIP Joune has become of the best transport service providers in Ghana joining competition with the likes of O.A. Travel and Tour and STC intercity transport service. The buses are clean and comfortable. The drivers are professional and kind. However, the services at their various stations, the Sunyani one inclusive is rather poor mainly left in the hands of untrained and sometimes ill mannered officers. There are no sign post to guide you where to get a ticket. No announcement to inform you which bus is leaving or loading at what time. You are virtually on your own . So keep alert and ask questions else you can easily miss your bus. Your best alternative is STC who have professionally trained assistants to assist new travellers.

The bus is a well organized place. The bus station only send parcels from Sunyani to Accra at a charge and their delivery services are fast and accurate.

The waiting areas had a strong smell of urine. Other than that, great and cordial service.

I love the environment cleanliness and the wearing of masks. Anytime I don't drive myself to my home town, l happily join VIP bus. The only problem l find is the congestion where to park and offload your luggage. Aside from that l really love the place. VIP 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👌

Always a busy place, but professional. First class, large air-con buses travel from here to Accra regularly. Toilet facilities on site. This is an easily accessible bus station close to town & Wednesday Markets.

The worst public transport I have ever used, the drive will waste more than 2hours at othe stations replacing passengers. So appalling
