    This is the second time in the same week I've been here and they messed up again! And these are supposed to be Big Mac's! Not to mention they pulled me off to the side and made me wait almost 20 min just to bring it to me!

    I'm not sure I'm the poster child for McDonald's but I do eat at McDonald's or get things to drink often two or three times every day. Since I travel and have family in several States I was visiting friends and relatives and stopped at this store in Superior. I often get to know the workers and managers pretty well and my first impression of Alan the manager was highly positive. I knew right away if I had any issues this was the kind of person that would diffuse any conflict or frustration. He was approachable and not a letter of the law type person or my way or the highway way of being. Clearly he understood the McDonald's mantra of give them the pickle and if I made a special request I'm sure he would honor it within reason of course. Too many times managers hold their ground and won't give a person an extra pickle or lemon or a few extra onions on their sandwich and they want to charge for everything which goes against what I believe in and what I think fast foods and restaurants should be about, which is the customer. I definitely would put him at the top of any manager I've ever met in over 8 or 10 states that I've traveled. I just wanted everyone to know that this is a store I would come back to again and definitely will on my travels and current visit. Maybe we could hire Alan away to do training for managers around the country so they understand the McDonald's mantra "give them the pickle".... He definitely would do his best to make sure customers are satisfied from my first impression and my experience in chatting with him. Not sure why people have bad experiences at this restaurant or any place. But what I found is many people don't take time to compliment or look for the good. I'm imagining that there are plenty of people that are happy with the service food etc at this restaurant. But it's just human nature to not take time to compliment but to take time to point out the negatives. Today's visit although only for a couple of coffee, was a very great visit. I was privileged to have my order taken by young man by the name of Noah who had a pleasant demeanor and a kind nature to him with a nice smile. He was friendly and used a lot of polite words. I came in after 9:00 p.m. and asked them if they would make a fresh pot of coffee which he did without any attitude. Then he brought the cup of coffee to my table and again another polite interaction with a pleasant smile. He definitely should be commended for his service and representing this restaurant and franchise in a positive way. I am only one person but I wouldn't let every negative review keep you from giving this restaurant a chance. At the same time, every restaurant has room for improvement just like every person does..

    6/28/23 530am. Young lady w nose piercing rushed my order. Didn’t see that could get additional sandwhich for $1 till after ordered. Asked if she could add one to the order. She said no. Pretty simple.

    McDonald's on Tower in Superior is tezrrible. Order is never right & management is worse. No one is properly trained here to even take a simple to go Order. One time I came in and used their bathroom to find an employee smoking something. No he didn't wash his hands but no one expects that since no one properly trains

    not that the quality of the food is any less or the service provided isn't up to a professional level , it's so different to me now with the kiosk to order from or the online ordering I'm an analog guy in a digital through my life McDonald's has always been first and foremost a treat a special occasion for myself and my mother, and continues to be, and would be my daily breakfast choice when I'm driving back and forth to work Currently in continues to be first and foremost always my stopper coffee because it's always the same delicious McDonald's it's a shame about your chocolate frosty and milkshake that's my only gripe Nope because they asked I have one other outside seating for smokers !

    Awful place they always mess up my order and won't fix it without a fight. Have the sticker that says what's supposed to be on my sandwich and they still tried making me seem unreasonable asking for the stuff.

    The atmosphere doesn't compare to when I was younger and McDonald's had a kids playground and fun characters like Ronald McDonald and the Ham burglar and etc please bring the fun back!

    Took 30 minutes waiting for my food at the restaurant, and not only that one other day I went there and the staff just said they will not serve me.

    In the kids' play area, the tables and chairs were dirty. I tried cleaning the seats with the sani wipes they had, but it wasn't cutting it. The distance between the toilet and stall door (non-handicap stall) is very short, my knees almost hit the door (I am 5'8.5").

    I ordered the chicken sandwich and let me tell you that it didn't come close to the picture they have on their screen. It was way smaller. Won't be buying that again.

    I use to have this Mcdonalds rated at 2 stars and I would avoid going there at all costs. However, this location has stepped up their game!! Food quality and service has improved significantly. Now this is one of the only Mcdonalds I go to!!

    Service sucked sat in the drive thru forever and there was only one car in front of me When I finally got to the menu no one ever responded I had to pull up to the window And I got home to eat my food and my hamburger was SOOOO greasy it went through the box the napkins and the bag not to mention it was under cooked The only good thing about this trip was the young lady at the first window continued to smile

    they have screwed up my order so many times even when its so simple. every single time i order a Mc Double they give me Mc chickens, the lady literally handed it to me and said McDoubles but i get home and open the bag to find mc chickens.
