While they used to have good food, and regular hours....recently we have been here 3 times, and EACH time they have been closed or about to be closed. They don't seem to want to stay open for customers anymore at this location, whether it's Morning or afternoon. So next time we go to a Hardee's it will be in a different city where they have employees that want to work. Don't waste your time at this one.

Last year came in fat white chicks doing absolutely nothing, entire dining room empty, I asked what took so long to come to register, fat white chick get rude, so I walk out won't be back either. 0 stars 0 service. Ya need to show people the proper respect when coming into the business.

Not sure what the wait is for when the food is never hot, the soda is flat, and asking for napkins gets you none. When you pay more than a dollar for this kind of, convenience?, certain expectations rise. Like maybe get the change correct or put the cover on the cup, better yet just let me order from the newly returned buck menu and you can throw the results at me as I pass by the window. Still better than the clown except the nasty orange flavored water, that stuff is awesome.

I could have ordered and ate a steak dinner in the amount of time it took to get our meal. There was only one person in front of us as well...and they missed half my order, but instead of fixing it, I left because I didn't want to be there for another thirty minutes.

We went to Hardee's for lunch and were very disappointed. Only one of the workers seemed to actually be working. We waited quite a while for our order to be taken, and then for it to be made and ready. The food was mediocre. Also, super dirty. The floor was so sticky & full of residue. Also, bathrooms had no toilet paper either. The employees didn't seem to know what they were doing overall. Would not recommend.

At this point, hardees lock your doors and call it good. For over a YEAR your hours on Google are wrong. Whatever crew you've been able to hire just leaves whenever they want. Nope, you cannot get breakfast at 7am. Sometimes they are there by 8am, but often you can't get breakfast period at hardees. Oh it's 430pm and I want a monster burger? Drive by hardees at 430pm, it's all locked up. I feel like whatever crew you hired is running your business down because they feel invincible due to no one applying for jobs. At this point, what is the point of staying open?

Was just here on Sunday, horrible service fat white chick working counter horrible service, dining room was completely empty didn't stay horrible will never eat here. Complete 0.

Got a hot ham and cheese and some curly fries. The fries were hot and fresh and the hot ham and cheese never disappoints me at Hardee's. It would get a better rating, but let's face it, it's fast food.

It's decent fast food. Good deals if you get the app and sign up to their rewards. Friendly staff.

I live out of town and haven't had Hardee's in years. Food still tastes like I remember. Only 3 stars because the entire floor was sticky. Everywhere you walked your shoes stuck to the floor. Gross!

The manager was very helpful and polite. The food was good and service was excellent. They are helping raise money for st.jude children and we are always happy to donate to such a good cause.

At 7:15 the door was still locked but after getting the attention of the window clerk it was opened fast. My gravy biscuit was hot and delicious. My wife’s bacon and egg biscuit the biscuit was tasty but the top crumbled and she was unable to eat the top.

Same great name, with the same great food, it was clean, mens restroom was very clean, the staff was great and in the summer you can choose to eat outside if you wish! In my opinion, it's the best fast-food burger chain around!

Walked into the lobby with lobby hour showing it was open. There are no signs saying lobby closed. The worker, on the more rude side, says that doors were supposed to be locked, and the lobby is closed. Nothing else. So we wait in the drive-through. Food was okay beside the fries on the soggy side.

Friendly employees but it was a struggle getting our food. We ordered two meals and it took about 10 minutes after they took our payment.

I went through drive thru the guy on the headset says "what can I get you" I asked him to hold on a moment he saysI couldn't hear you I said could you hold one moment then he says in a very rude tone "I suppose"so I said forget it have a nice day and left will not get my business again. I understand that everybody's having a hard time right now with employees and the struggle is real I work too but I do not treat my customers like garbage. And I have to add there were no other vehicles in front of me or behind me or in the parking so it's not like they were busy

I don't often leave reviews for fast food restaurants, but this is worthy of an exception. On Friday, 3/3/23, while on a road trip, we stopped here for lunch. Outstanding! The roast beef sandwiches were hot and tasty. The curly fries were hot, spicy, and crispy. The service was quick and the staff were friendy. Good job guys!

We ordered 2-3 price chicken tender meals online and unfortunately, didn't receive the sauce to go with them or 3 chicken tenders in each meal. There were only 2.5. When my husband called to complain they quickly offered to replace the chicken with new orders, if we came back (we had picked it up in the drive-thru). Since we were still in Superior we did head back, and we were happy to get the new orders of chicken + the sauce that had been forgotten earlier. The staff was very friendly both times there and apologetic when appropriate.

Seems like this Hardee’s is open only when they feel like it. The last three times I’ve stopped for breakfast (store websites says they’re open a 0600) I’ve been told the following: 1. We’re not open until 8 (it was 7:30.) 2. We’re not ready yet, it will be a bit. (It was 8:45.) 3. Won’t be open until 8. There were 4 cars behind me who all thought it opened at 6. Apparently this is a constant occurrence at this store. The one time they were open (it was almost 10 am). it took 13 minutes to get 2 Frisch Breakfast Sandwiches and potatoes. Sandwiches were barely warm, potatoes were old and barely warm. Parking lot full of potholes and garbage, windows are dirty so imagine inside isn’t any better. Keep driving, there’s someplace cleaner and better.

The food was awesome. They did mess up on 23 piece chicken, tender meals, but the replace them fully at no charge. This was in drive-through while we were waiting for our food. My wife tried to use the restroom inside and the doors were locked at 8:30. The food was so good I would definitely recommend and go back there even with the issues we experienced.

Went about 845 pm wasn't busy per say but they were absolutely short staff had to wait a few minutes but they were very appealing for the wait.

Im from Minneapolis, where you get treated terrible by the employees, pay way to much, and are asked to give a tip with every transaction. But you come here and the employees are nice, have a smile on there face, deliver your food to you, ask you if you need ketchup, get it for you, and dont even ask for tip. Best hardeez I've been to.

Their Frisco burgers are sit-down quality for a slightly less than sit-down price. I love their "war against pig kind" breakfast biscuits, too. Still just a fast food place, tho.

Love the mushroom swiss burgers. Still wish they're the old school with the gut bomb mushroom sauce cheap bun and 99 cents. Just a couple years ago that is. I believe it's the only Hardee's in the Duluth superior area. Amanda thank you. I sure do appreciate how you make my mushrooms swiss burgers taste so delicious every time, with extra mushroom sauce that is.

I love Hardee's. My go to is the mushroom and Swiss. Always has been. Soooooo good. A bit pricey but the food and service have always been great.

Unfortunately the food was cold. Been noticing a trend with that over the last two years at this location. 12 minutes waiting in the Drive-Thru so I figured it would be piping hot. Ordered 5 value meals

I received half of a chicken sandwich today.. paid enough that I thought I needed to remortgage... This location is a joke. Good luck not bottoming out in their po hole ridden parking lot. It's a joke. The employees were nice...so best of luck to them.
