Went To Grizzly’s Wood-Fired Grill In Superior WI. I Had And Recommend The Chicken Fajitas or Steak Fajitas, And Peach Margarita, Not To Little And Not To Much. I Had My Food Sent Out Way Faster Than I Thought I Would Of For How Busy They Were. I Definitely Recommend To You If Your In Superior WI And Want A Good Meal I Recommend Trying Out Grizzly’s Wood-Fired Grill For Great Time. Thank You Grizzly’s Wood-Fired Grill For Another Good Time. See You Soon Enough.

Always super good! Had the soup and salad lunch combo with the hot artichoke dip.

The food is good. The drinks are really good. My friend tried the bloody Mary with the chicken and it was excellent.

Our server was very kind, however, Super slow kitchen staff, hair in my son's Mac and cheese, food is not good, feathers still on the roasted chicken, my pasta tasted like reheated microwave and overcooked and my 6 year old was looking at the ceiling and asked me what the black stuff was. I looked and the ceiling was black with patches of dust. Not just a little dust but like years of dusty greasy patches of grossness that probably falls onto people's food on the tables. Pretty gross. Someone needs to do some deep cleaning or just replace the ceiling tiles.

I had a great lunch here. Full menu and bar. I had chicken tacos and apple pecan salad. Great smells too, as they have a wood fired grill.

This is one of my all-time favorite restaurants! I had the crispy chicken wrap, smashed potatoes and a garden side salad. They were delicious. I also enjoyed a blueberry mojito. It was wonderful, and actually tasted like blueberries and a mojito. One of the other diners with me got an enchilada and enjoyed that, too. I'll DEFINITELY be returning!

Today, May 27, 2023 is the last day of business of the Grizz. Going to be torn down to build a new tap house establishment. For many years, they had the best chicken nachos in the Twin Ports, bar none. A few years ago they decided that being the best just wasn't what they wanted, so they took the nachos off the menu. Wouldn't make them for you as a special order either. After that I still came in, but probably 1/3 as often as before. I wish them luck.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The artichoke dip was yummy as well as the brisket Mac and Cheese and Fajitas but do noooot get the Bear Creek Mac and Cheese. The pieces of bacon were those little fake tasting bacon bits in a bag dumped in and the sauce was so incredibly bland and had cheese just caked on top shown in the photo. Breadstick was also nasty - weirdly sweet and tasted like a donut. I told our waitress that it was not good and she asked if I would like anything else instead. Apparently I misunderstood, because that didn’t mean switching it out - only adding another meal. She said they can’t switch my food just because I didn’t like it. I’ve never seen a restaurant that doesn’t do that, but otherwise good experience

First time being there would strongly recommend the shrimp tacos and chicken wild rice soup if you like that kind of food

We arrived after the lunch rush so restaurant was fairly empty but still waited 40ish minutes for our food, seemed like take out orders got priority? Not much chicken on my chicken sandwich which is pretty bad when you're spending $15 on it. The wild rice soup was really good. Cheesy hash browns not great.

Ordered an artichoke dip as starter and then a Bear Creek Pasta. Both were delicious, there was plenty of chicken in that pasta and I should have shared with someone else because it was a lot for me.

Perhaps the worst BBQ I've ever had at a restaurant! Ribs were absolutely horrible, way over done and dry like they had been in the smoker for days, brisket burnt ends were just the opposite, not tender and underdone! Will never go here again.

It was very busy when we got there. For most part our waiter was excellent at the beginning tho he was very busy and appetizers were warm but not hot to us. Everyone food came out hot tho not all at the same time. Good taste and very good portions.

Amazing food! Had the BBQ pulled pork sandwich and sweet potato fries. The sandwich is packed with flavor, between the pulled pork and bbq sauce it is perfect! Great service and staff and dinning area has a great atmosphere.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated. Was told by waitress she would get our drinks as soon as possible, but because they were busy they were short of glasses. Put in our order, which included an appetizer, 45 minutes later ask about appetizer, waitresses told us that the fryers were busy making fries, so that’s why we hadn’t gotten our appetizer yet. She said she would check on them, didn’t see her again. After an hour we put money on table for our drinks and walked out. Very few people around us were getting their food. First time and last there.

My husband, 4 year old daughter and myself came to have lunch today. This is the second time in a month we’ve been there and both times the service was extremely slow. I can understand when you are short staffed as I am a bartender/waitress myself but based on the volume of costumers in the restaurant itself I found it ridiculous. My husband ordered a margarita that was not on the rocks, served warm. He did drink quite a bit of it because it took him 20+ min to get it, when we asked for a beer instead the manager would not comp it. None the less we did stay for our food and it was decent. When my husband ordered his second beer it was a smaller glass than the first, the second beer was not served in the usual pint glass. Our server did try really hard and was polite. I can say with certainty we probably won’t be back though due to long wait time and no consideration from the manager. In my experience when a customer has a complaint a manager usually tries to make things right or at least comes to the table to ask what the problem was.

Nice atmosphere and good service. Plenty of meal choices on the menu. Have a Bar providing another seating option. Plenty of TV'S scattered throughout the restaurant. Whole chickens roasting in a fire pit along the wall (on a spit using dry oak firewood). Had the 1/2 chicken meal since it was apparently one of their signature foods. Chicken had a great smoky flavor, also moist and tender. Went there at lunch time. Appeared to be a favorite of other patrons as most of the seating was in use. Definitely a good dining choice if you've never been here before.

Food was excellent, albeit not real hot when it arrived. The wait staff seemed to be the issue as we had to go find another worker to find out how to pay our bill. The waitress was supposed to come back for it and we got tired of waiting after 10min!

Ribeye was cooked perfectly, rest of the meal was great. Very nice atmosphere with a warm fire going. It's my favorite place to eat in Superior. If you want a good steak or smoked/wood fired meats this is the place to go. Amanda was an excellent waitress !

Great food, great service, comfortable and very clean. I've lived in the area for years but never made it over to try the place. I was taken as a surprise for dinner and loved it. The drink I ordered was awesome and the burger was the best I've had locally. Zero complaints unless you want to nit-pick and that would be not enough ice in the pop I ordered with my food. My mixed drink was perfect however. Try the Titanic tea with strawberry.

Even though they were short staffed and service wasn't as quick as usual, they were upfront about it and were still attentive. The food was excellent as always!!! Can't get enough of their Nashville Hot Chicken Salad!!! Worth the additional wait (for understandable circumstances)! Good job

We get the cheeseburger because it comes with tons of pickles. I want to order other things but the cheeseburger is just too good. We did check out other tables and steaks looked great and overheard they were done to perfection. Bloody Mary was great...and yes...some places don't make good Bloodys, but they do!! Delivery is available thru a service and I saw them run an order out to a car.
