I've learned in this place for 15 months This place is nice, it has exclucive facilities that can help you to learn english. It was amazing at first. Helpful staff, personal consultants whose not only pay attention to the marketing stuff, but also they really care with my learning progress, and all of the classes had been taught by native speakers. Yes. The entire classes. Day by day, it changed. Personal consultants more likely focusing in sales. The worst thing is, one day, one of the Native Speaker out of his contract. I was expecting that it would change to the another native speaker. However, in reality, I got Indonesian trainer and some of the classes had been taught by Indonesian trainer. Well, I have no problem with Indonesian trainer, at all. They're really nice and I know they are trying their best to teach me. The thing is, this is NOT something what I've paid for and the quality is extremely decreasing than the first time I got there. So, If u're asking "is it worth it to learn here?" I could say : Yes, in the past No, for now Hopefully wse can evaluate something wrong here and give their best service. Trust me, improving the service much much better than sales.

This place is quite big for an English course. The rooms are spacious. I attended an offline members party here and it was awesome. I felt like I didn't really need to improve my English but after joining the class and meeting the members, I would like to learn English more. Hope I'll get the chance soon.

I recently visited an English education program at Wall Street English and I was extremely impressed with the quality of the lecturers and staff. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome.The lecturers were all highly qualified and experienced, and they were able to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. They took the time to get to know each student individually and were always willing to answer questions and provide guidance. The staff was also top-notch. The administrative team was organized and efficient, making it easy to enroll in the program and navigate any administrative issues. The support staff was friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any needs or concerns. Overall, I would highly recommend the program to anyone looking to improve their English language skills.

This is a really great place for skill development, particularly in the area of English. The atmosphere is comfortable, making it an enjoyable environment to be in, and it's unlikely for one to get bored here.

Expensive but difficult if you want to take an exam. If you want to take the exam on a close date, choose the one at the end of the month so you won't get any higher levels. The service officer was really slow to respond. I've paid a lot of money, I'm disappointed, I'm not satisfied, I can't study well

The lessons are very useful, the teachers are very professional and talented. Everything was awesome.

The place is really comfortable for learning English. You can make lots of new acquaintances and friends here too. Learning English is really fun because there are lots of activities and events so you are more enthusiastic about learning English. Can help with IELTS preparation too. Must try!

( + ) 1. Staffs and teachers are friendly and helpful 2. The native speaker here is very brilliant, have lots of knowledge, and help you better understand English even more. ( - ) 1. Only 1 (one) native speaker and 1 (one) Indonesian as the teacher, because native speaker can encourage members to learn even more. 2. The top management doesn't want to hear member complaints / opinions especially if you are a deluxe member not VIP member. 3. Mostly native speakers only in online classes, which they couldn't help you much with your progress, unlike in offline classes, the teacher knows your progress in English, and knows where you need some improvement. Note : an Indonesian teacher is not that bad, but many members expect to have native speaker as they've already paid pricey price. Advice : you should reconsider your decision before join WSE and regret it cause it's not the same as your expectation

I've joined Christmas members party here last month. The games were fun, the staffs are super friendly, the food was great. If only I worked in Surabaya, I would definitely enroll myself and learn English here. No doubt, all classes are exciting too obviously. Try it for yourself. 🔥🔥

The teachers and staffs are really patient,helpful, and friendly. There's a balcony with a great view too. My skills in public speaking have improved too. It's a great place to learn English with a supportive community.
