The hotel has a beautiful colonial design, it's relatively clean and the room is spacious and comfortable. Our stay would've been very wonderful except when we checked out the staff told us that they're missing one face towel from the room. I thought we might've mistakenly put it in our bags so I checked my bags twice in front of the staff taking out all of our clothes from the bags and the towel was not in any of our bags. The receptionist asked us to pay IDR 25,000 for the towel that we did not take and quite possibly not even in the room to begin with so obviously we won't pay for that, but it tainted the whole experience.

no signal on the tv and no towels until around 4 pm. on both of the rooms we booked. clueless staffs when we complained to them. a bed was left on the alley. paid too much for this mess. the fried rice was good tho.

Good hotel and the room was clean and well maintained. Food taste need to improve but overall great place to stay a while.

I was about to give 5 stars to this hotel, but the ridiculous thing is that we booked a twin bedroom with two mattresses, yet we only received one breakfast pack. Aren't hotels supposed to serve two packs of breakfast for twin bedrooms? It's so weird. They said I need to pay an additional cost if I want it for two packs. But yeah, other than that, everything is good. They also have a mini-bar with free snacks, and the amenities are complete compared to other hotels. However, the breakfast situation is really annoying.

The hotel may be small but it has such great value. The pool was nice and clean and they even have a small playground for kids. The service is also very nice. The hotel lobby also looks very vintage. The location is great if you wanna go around the town, loads of delicious food nearby.

New hotel with vintage concept, excellently decorated. Every part of the hotel is as clean as it can be, smells good from the moment you enter the hotel until the moment you get out from it. There are so so many picture taking spots and since we came during Christmas, the decoration team is super generous, pampering your eyes everywhere you look. The details in the interior design is so beautiful, I even believe the people behind this are perfectionist 😅. The hotel is also very generous in giving the complimentary: pick up from / drop off to the airport, minibar snacks and drinks, & afternoon tea that has fruits, cookies, ice cream and juices. The executive room is very spacious, bed is awesome, hair dryer is functioning very well (helpful if you need to dry your thick hair). Definitely gonna book this hotel if we visit Solo in the future!

A beautiful Hotel in the heart of Solo/Surakarta. We love the colonial style and the dutch-chinese inspired interior design. The esthetic of this hotel is just amazing, the employés are very friendly and the breakfast is extraordinary.

Great location in the city center, huge bedroom, pretty good breakfast (quite tasty and have decent option). However, considering they are a new hotel, I'm a bit confused why they splurge on sanitary hardware but not spend more on the electronics like TV (not a smart TV, and very limited TV channels available) and aircon (too small for their huge bedrooms). Moreover, the sanitary hardware were also not well-maintained; clogged shower, unclean shower drain.

I love this hotel. The location is great, within the walking distance from Puro Mangkunegaran. Right in front of Pasar Legi. The interior design is clean and chick However, since this is a new hotel many of the employees aren’t equiped with product knowledge. Even for a simple task such as to call for a taxi (not a grab car). Although they try their best to service and accomodate us. Date of stay : 12 April 2023

Very nice and decent hotel in Solo. Opened quite recently just a few years back. Room was spacious with neo-europe and classic look. However I like the copper finished showers, faucet et al were poorly maintain with mold on it. Shower glass have watermarks and stains. Please clean and maintain properly.

I got fractured foot a week before the trip so I have to travel with wheelchair. The hotel is so spacious that gave me such an ease to move around using wheelchair (even in my room). The hotel has a beautiful vintage design, clean and bright. They offer various breakfast menu both traditional and western.

I like the room. It is big and clean. Swimming pool is not big but the ambience is nice. I also like the restaurant above the swimming pool. The restaurant is big, spacious, and the food is good as well. Will come back again.

First experience with this hotel. Got vintage look. Good service. Place around the center of city. Worth to try staying here, guys.

Hands on best hotel in Solo! The place to be when visiting Solo. Hotel staff is excellent, from the front of the house to the restaurant, everyone is extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommend

The staff at Afternoon Tea place (Miss. Agustin) is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Also Miss. Fefi (Receptionist). Both are good asset for the hotel. This is our first stay. The room and everything is superb! Will definitely come back. Keep the service and standard to at least the current level or better! I was working for Four Seasons hotel before so I know what service means to guests. Very important! All the very best to you all! See you again next time.
