I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, the lobby has a poor ambience the aircon not working and has a terrible smell. Also the parking lot, we have to crossing the danger road in front of hotel. There is no traffic light or white mark to cross. So bad.

This is my first time with my wife vacation in the fave hotels, it was amazing and all the staff very friendly with the guest. So for you must try enjoy with Fave Hotels. ❤❤❤❤

The AC didn't work. Staff didn't communicate with us effectively and left us to sleep in a hot room overnight. After all that, they did not offer any compensation whatsoever.

The room are neat but there are some cockroach walking around. Poridge and noodles are tasty, but the pudding and juice tasteless.

Room design is uniform among Favehotel but the room cleanliness is below other Favehotel in town. Food services (restaurant and room service) and security staffs are provided good service. When checked in I found some stains on bed covers and blankets and take long time to get replacement even I have reached front office, house keeping also WA administrator many time. Location is close to middle range food stations and laundry.

Overall it is a good budget-friendly hotel. The room is clean although the room I slept in was pretty small for 3 beds, but I didn't mind because I was here only for resting at night. The breakfast is okay. They provide water dispenser in every floor, which is nice.

Stay here for 2 days, booked a family room but it still kinda small dan agak susah untuk sholat walaupun ada space (kecil banget) but totally nice. The food was good, the ambiance and also the service are bombb!!!

The family room is good and convenient even though the space is small. The breakfast food is also superb while the staffs are all also very friendly. However the parking lot near is small so you need to park on the hotels parking space across the road which is a very crowded road. Suggest to put luggage in the lobby first then park the car across the road

Cross street parking and no staff that make sure crossing the road safely. Many Babies Cockroaches in the room, Aircon slow cooling and not cool enough, no hot water, luke warm only, , breakfast ... empty everything

Location is really strategic, easy access to some public attractions including shopping malls, stadium, cafes. And there are 2 bus stops near the hotel. Sadly, i think the service need improvement. They provide electric kettle but not the complimentary coffee or tea. There is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and room service took ages. I asked them to borrow iron but need to wait like few minutes and 2 another phone calls only for a no answer. I also asked for plastic laundry bags from a phone call, they only answered "I'll ask first", but never call me back. I finally get the plastic from the room housekeeping that stopped by to clean my room. For future guest, If you book room without breakfast, I suggest you to bring some food to your room because it's quite hard to find breakfast near the hotel (that you can reachy by walking). If you're a coffee drinker, I suggest you to buy breakfast package instead. Because a glass of black coffee costs IDR 30K. Considered expensive since the full breakfast is IDR 50K. I hope there will be some improvements for better quality.

Nice view but not that good services! The kettle isn't available in the room — of course we should request to the employee first. The toilet isn't work properly — it's clogged they said.

I think they can improve some of the facilities to show it more neat and clean,. Overall i just like that the location is not hard to find but the cramped parking space is not the best option for whoever travelled with cars. The food is ok, service also ok. I stayed for a week here and for some reason i am not quite satisfied with some damped smell in either linen and towel or the carpet hallway.

This is my first time visit to this hotel, and the next day I choose to move to another hotel. The room maintenance need to improve, specially the cleanliness

Nice staffs. Room is spacious. Equipped with hot water kettle, 2 glasses, 1 water jug (which you can refill for free with the water dispenser available in the hallway), 1 paid bottled water (20K). Towels and amenities (tootbrush, toothpaste), liquid soap. Room is clean. Check in was fast (I made an online booking previously). I didn't order a room with breakfast, so I couldn't review the meals here. The location is good because it only takes about 10 minutes from toll gate. The 2 things that we didn't like were: 1. the lobby was too high and narrow, so it was difficult for our car to move foreward or turn right/left 2. the parking space was across the street. It's not practical and quite dangerous because we have to cross busy streets.

Dirty & messy room. Smelly toilet and bathroom. I paid IDR 750k at peak-season of Eid Mubarak but it's still not appropriate to charge a mineral bottle that supposed to be welcome drink. So bad.

I had an enjoyable stay at fave family room, although the room is too small to accomodate 3persons but the bed is quite spacious, the only thing is they have very limited parking space but they provide a large parking space accross the road. Overall its a nice stay

Its average quality hotel Inside room looking old furniture and tv not working properly because too old model. Room ac centrally control, not enough cool. Room service good, Hot water outside room available. Bathroom too small and low quality infrastructure. Wifi service okay.

the room is clean and it had water dispenser in each floor. the only drawback when I stayed there is leakage on wastafel's pipe, it made the bathroom floor in such a mess. and idk why but whenever i finish showering the mirror is kinda foggy. the breakfast there is normal, even tho not to tasty for me, well overall it's worth the price

Its a nice place to stay when you're traveling alone. Near to every locations I want to visit. Cheap hotel with a great hospitality. But, you need to change the door at 225. Hard to open.. But overall you guys deserved a 5 stars..

One of the best experience to stay with the business purpose and strategic location. We get excellent service event there’s short of problem about electricity but they staff really competent and can fix it immediately. The room was clean but for toilet is just okay.

I stayed at this hotel in December 2021. For a budget hotel, it provides a good customer service during check in/out and during breakfast time at its restaurant. However, customer needs to consider some aspects if they plan to stay here. First, it has small parking space attached to its building and also very narrow access to its parking lobby. Customer has to park in the parking lot across the hotel (need to cross the road which is very crowded/busy - dangerous crossing). Second, the quality of its amenities such as towels are very poor. Consider to bring your own towel (I use my own). Third, the water inside the bathroom is very weak. Need some extra water to flush the toilet.
