Best breakfast, with nice Americano, 3rd floor swimming pool also are amazing. O have wonderfull stay here. Consider to stay again in the future.

it's always a pleasure to stay at 'the orange hotel', strategic location. on sunday, you can enjoy a car free day in front of the hotel by walk or rent a bicycle from hotel.

The staffs were used to crowded visitors. Everything was perfect as advertised as all other hotel Harris everywhere in Indonesia. Not for pork loverz breakfast and restaurant.

Not the finest night I've ever had. The plus: free meal voucher for either lunch or dinner is a nice one. Fried rice was okay. Location was stellar, it's in the main road in Solo. The bad: room was full of termites, the wooden floor was broken. When it's full booked (which in my experience was) is very unpleasant. I decide to not having breakfast because of the cafe area was packed. To add salt in my wound was there were non-lift access to 1st fl where the cafe is. Pick nearby hotel if you can.

Very clean, modern hotel with decent facilities including gym & pool overlooking city. Enjoyed the amenities. Buffet breakfast was great, good variety mostly Asian fare. Service fast, and the staff were polite and helpful

Service is very good. The staffs are helpful during my 3 night 4 days stay. The room is like red doors, very basic. The furniture looks old and the sofa is not clean. Location is very accessible, you can easily find anything nearby. The food is delicious but option is very limited both breakfast and dinner.

for people with kids, this may be a great choice, as they have playground and all. but for people who want a quiet vacation, i don’t recommend it, especially during peak season as it’d get noisy everywhere. maybe it’s different during low season, though. overall, the hotel was good. room was spacious and breakfast selection was pretty nice. they have jacuzzi too which you have to use their massage service beforehand. although, wifi connection could do better.

room was more rough-around-the-edges than i last visited in 2019 (dirty walls, stained chair, dirty pillows). power blackout happened a few times. but aside from that, everything was good

Perfect location 5 minutes walk from Purwosari train station. 5 minutes walk to DayTrans shuttle service 15 minutes walk to Solo Grand Mall 5 minutes walk to delicious Nasi Soto Kare Haha.... The AC is cold enough, breakfast is good (there is a special jamu here), a clear picture of TV, fast response and service, and plenty of hot water. However improvement and renovation should be taken for the swimming pool. It is not as clear as other pools

We visit Harris Solo on day trip for business and we didn't stay over in the hotel We had breakfast, the breakfast was great with wide variety of food from Indonesian to thematic breakfast, at that time was Korean themed. The taste also good, I personally love the sambal goreng kentang served that morning, please send the compliment to the chef who cook it. Overall Harris Hotel Solo is strategically located and the best of its class

Amazing service! I must say this is my favourite Harris Hotel out of all Harris Hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Probably because I absolutely love the view from the gym & the pool at night haha. The waiting area at the lobby is spacious, there’s also a small minimarket at the corner, so there’s no need to walk out of the hotel for some light snacks.

I had a pleasant stay in an incredibly spacious, standard room. Just a little heads up for future guests - the water tap might need some getting used to, as adjusting it for warm water sometimes ended up providing really hot water. As for the food, it was delightful and enjoyable!

The 25 sq.m rooms are perfect for me. Not too huge as the ones in old chain hotels, but not too crampy as the ones in pop-younger style hotels. Bright and clean, but equipped with quickly cooling air-con (centralized, but more human I think, it doesnt get super cold at midnight). Clean, modern looking bathroom (the wall tiles are laid in herring bone style, white and clean). Cannot say the same about bathroom towels though. Hair dryer is already provided. Ample and strong hot water. Breakfast is really good. During my visit, there was rawon, soto, chicken porridge, and rice with traditional side dish (seem very interesting but couldn't really remember a single one when i'm writing this review). Parking arrangement is satisfactory. Could easily get one at the basement, during my visit. But I think the best part of this hotel is the staff. Courteous and sincerely helpful.

Dirty hotel. I'm not staying but visiting my friend's rooms. Corridor carpet not clean, lobby toilet looks very dirty. The reception is not welcome while I'm asking for the room. I think he is the manager but not nice. Smells on parking ground level and wet

Visit for training in Dynamic Room - all services are very good. Room, facilities, food, clean toilets, and separated prayers room for male and female. Impeccable!!

Stayed for 2 nights. Nice hotel with adequate facilities. Bright colors theme. Food is good. The room has provide a coffee chair and a long bench. However, my rooms doesnt has chair for in room dinning, it's kind of difficult to eat in the room. 6 stars service treatment by the staff!!! Kudos! Start from Door man, greeter, receptionist, restaurants staff and even room service. I accidentally left my shirt on the room while I already traveled back to my city. The staff contacted me and offered to send it to my address. A well mannered, trained, pationate, bright smile group of service forces. Thank you for the experience Harris Solo.

It is not the type of lodging that I enjoyed, in the sense that this hotel is decorated in a budget style and not really offering their 4-star promise. Room cleanliness is standard, the linen are just above average of a hotel, the towels are thin, amenities in the bathroom is not lavish, and the food quality is average.

The food was very good! All the food was delicious and tasty, the health protocol is applied as well in the restaurant. But, i must say that the hotel service is quite terrible. My company have to request a few times for an electric socket while using the meeting room. The hotel requested to tighten our meeting schedule when i was sending our schedule to hotel before the event, but turns out the hotel didn't even read our schedule before. The hygiene in the room was quite terrible as well, the blankets have a lot of stains, and the toilet isn't cleaned properly. Hopefully this will improve the service and the hotel quality as well and didn't happen in the future.

Pros: - awesome location - spacious room with interconnecting doors. Very suitable for families. - pillows & bolsters available. - excellent interior design. Abundant countertops where u can put ur things on. No closed cupboards & drawers to minimize leftover belongings. - excellent bathroom design, too. Floor dries up quickly. A hanging rod to dry swimsuits. - a small daybed functioned as a sofa or additional space for ur belongings. - great service. In the morning before I went out, I told the hotel that the shower was weak. When I returned in the afternoon, it was fixed 👍🏼 Minus: - the Housekeeping needs to be more attentive in details (some amenities & furniture were not provided in our rooms) and in the cleanliness of the bedsheet & blankets. - the water in the swimming pool was not crystal clear. Maybe it was affected by the rainy season. Therefore, the hotel should check the filter more often. - the nearest toilet from the pool is downstairs. It was very inconvenient. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel nor order anything from the Room Service, so we can't give any comments about it. Overall, my family & I really enjoyed our stay 🥰

Nice and clean room unfortunately we got old towels, it looked not cleaned and torn by side of towel. We got bundling room and dinner and it was very very delicious with various menus, we love it

I have experienced a proactive staff hotel, and at harris hotel i don't get that experienced. Clean room, the colour of the towels looks dirty.

The towel was not really clean, also with the bed sheet. The conditioner also faced trouble.

Hotel location is good and room is quite spasious, but the service is poor mostly for the resto. This is the first hotel I know that we should order something for borrowing the cutlery set!! Second, the shower didn't work properly. I have called the service team, they are responsive, but it still didn't work till I should move to the other room. The worst thing was I found a short curly hair in the bed, gross!!

Very nice! their staffs are so friendly, I'm not gonna review about the hotel room because I'm just going here for swimming! it's cost IDR 100K/visit for one person or IDR 300 as member for one month (it also includes fitness area for the member), They have a nice looking infinity pool on the 3rd floor that directly shows a view of Purwosari section Slamet Riyadi road in front of the hotel, the pool is clean but I guess it might be need somr maintenance on their pool Toilets and Shower room because the door key isn't work and the clothes hanger was not in the place (on men toilet and shower) that makes me hard to hung up my clothes bag there, oh the ticket worth for pool enterance and rent for one medium sized blanket. oh, they also offer pool express food for IDR 35K/meal that include a glass of iced tea, that's all for now.
