Old house converted into a museum. Still maintaining the original shape of the house, even the floors still use old tiles. There is no entry ticket to get into the museum. But we are required to buy one thing that is sell in boutique. We can buy batik cloth or clothes, handycrafts and others. Then we can enter the museum accompanied by a guide and it's free. Inside the museum or the main house, the guide will explain about the rooms, collection of batik and furniture in it. We can also see old photos of the house and the very first owner of the house in the past. Next we can walk around the garden which is beautiful with a fountain outside. There's a restaurant too in another building but unfortunately I didn't go there.

Restored old building with colonial vibes, contains collection of Batik Keris family. Entrance fee quiet pricy but we can change them with batik they sell in batik shop behind the old building. Appreciate on Batik Keris effort make this abandoned building become beautiful historical site.

One of Solo's Heritage House of Batik. You can visit Batik Keris Museum, Cafe, and of course Batik Keris Store, which offers some exclusive and sold here only Batik Collections. Very recommended place to visit when you are in Solo.

I should come back to see the batik! Was here to have lunch. The restaurant is absolutely neat. The menus are kinda Indonesian. Freaking cheap! Nasi campur tastes good! Perfect portion! The rooms are definitely eye catching! Love the Japandi space! Last but not that least, walkable distance from Purwosari train station!

Mixed Experience at Heritage Place I recently visited Batik Keris Heritage and had a mixed experience. While the ambiance and food at the cafe were delightful, I couldn't overlook the less-than-friendly service provided by a shopkeeper named Devita. Her demeanor was consistently rude, which unfortunately affected the overall enjoyment of the place. She just briefly answered my questions about the place and the entry condition for the heritage, and go about laughing and chatting with her colleagues. The batik store was quiet but she and her collegues should keep professional. She wasnt very helpful and looking bored because she had to standby on an quiet store. Very unprofessional. Despite this, the other positive aspects might still make it worth a visit for those who prioritize the experience over service. Please do something about her. Miss Devita, Shopkeeper, 23 December 2023, at around 5 pm.

It a good place to connect with the grand generation business owner of the Batik Keris and its historical story especially related to the restorated building. They also have a restaurant and batik collection at their shops.

Love this place. It is really worth seeing, as you can learn a bit of Solo's history as well as the history of Batik Keris. I really appreciate the late owner's hardship in renovating this heritage into such a beautiful place. The idea of changing the entrance fee with buying one UMKM product is really great. Visitors help in developing the small local businesses by buying their products.

This heritage building is so beautiful and well maintained, also instagramable. Unfortunately, they don't offer any special price in the showroom boutique
