Located right opposite the Railway Station. Rooms and bathrooms are very average. Service is excellent though. Would recommend for people who prefer location over luxury.

Very bad service after knowing we were from pune they were very rude in every room service which they provided.. Towels were not provided so asked for it so they said you have one towel use that and we were 2 people so they replied we cant give you 10 towels. Room service was bad regarding food. Anyone travelling from rest of city rather Gujarat be aware of this hotel cause they treat accordingly.

I would like to highlight about that staff here is very helpful and a go-getter team of individuals. Rooms are compact but very clean and hygienic. We made a few special requests regarding the room type which were taken care of very well. Highly recommended for a budget stay.

Hotel is okay and having good service. If having personal car then this location is not suitable. Breakfast seating space should be better, it is not worthy. Rest all okay.

I've been travelling to Surat for a few years and have always stayed at the Grand Pragati Hotel. The reason I keep coming back is the polite, respectful and extreamly helpful staff. There is nothing they won't arrange or sort out for us in order to accommodate our needs. The rooms are by no means our usual standard but all of the reasons above trump this. The hotel is in a very busy location with plenty of shops and restaurants near by. We will continue to stay here on any further trips to surat. A huge thank you to the team at Grand Pragati 🙏

Rooms and AC are good but it's all useless as it's not backed with good service. It takes more than 1hr and reminders for them to give Teabag, sugar and creamer as without that electric kettle is useless. Laundry was all wet even after 11hrs of giving.

Great location, the complimentary breakfast is one of the best i've had . Even better than some big star hotels. The staff was super nice and helpful. The Royal room was amazing . Comfy with a great view . I highly recommend

Its a flies hotel. Not a worthy stay for ₹3200. Rooms were stinky. brfst had only flies no food. Toilets wr uncleaned.

Best hotel in my tour. Everything was excellent. When we entered we were offered beverages when checking in. Staff was great. They didnt have a restaurant for supper but they offered we order from the menu and they will serve us in the breakfast area which is normally closed after 10am and they did it great with cutlery and the works. They even organized us 2 cabs for our tour and also made sure it was on time. Their staff is absolutely great even the bright skinned guy at reception he was amazing, sorry I dont know his name. I have so much to say but this hotel was fantastic and if I ever visit surat I'm staying here with no doubt. I would also like to thank the guy who assisted us he usually wears a cap and doesnt speak much english. Even though I can barely speak hindi he still made sure we had a great service and that's what you call going out of your way to assist customers. Hes amazing. Well everyone we met here was brilliant. Keep up the great work guys!

The hotel is with neat and clean room and good ambience. I ordered tea at 0200am and they served. Breakfast was delicious. They have 2 restaurant inside. We reached hotel by walk from station.

Hotel is ok. Staff was good. Rooms were ok ok. I had got 1 night stay at reasonable price, for that price hotel was ok.
