Omkar hotel is a great place to stay, service is impressive staff is friendly, location is in the centre of city near to railway station. Budget friendly rate. Room is also neat and clean and we are staying for around 40+ rooms they provide homely atmosphere during quarentine and all the services are provided with utmost safety and hygiene. Owner service is superb and hence can be given 5 star rating. 👌

At walkable distance from the railway station. The guest house was at 8th floor. Thankfully, they had an exclusive lift service.The staffs were very accommodating. They were polite and courteous. They provided laundry service. Our requests to tea at midnight was also adhered to. The rooms were cleaned whenever requested for.

Ambience is good. Prior bookings are needed for accommodation. Do carry ur Id card for bookings. Cleanliness maintained. 24 hrs hot water. 24 hrs room service. 24 hrs lift facilitated. Free wifi. Room service available. Laundry facilitated.

I'm gonna be very much Frank about my review. First of all location is very good, only 5 mins walking from surat station, hotel is located on 7th and 8th floor of omkar chambers. I was staying here from 19 to 23 Feb , my stay here was very comfortable - 24 hrs check in or check out, 24 hrs lift, room cleaning done regularly , 24 hrs hot water, very clean and hygienic hotel.. bed sheets changed every day.. room service staff very helpful and owner too very helpful and friendly. They don't serve lunch or dinner only breakfast is served. If you are Muslim then PRAYER ROOM facility is also there on terrace for jamat prayers. Had a very good time here... A night you can see entire Surat from hotel 8th floor as well as terrace. I deducted 1 star only because I think they charged me a little extra on last day and also they don't have UPI payment , they accept only cash + 12 pecent GST.

The rooms were neat and clean. The staff had very very kindly tried in assisting me to book in earlier, at 1pm because we were arriving for a wedding and I was travelling with my little one of 7months so I had to freshen up prior. I really appreciated that effort. Unfortunately on arrival the check in was not as smooth. I booked with Afristay, so I had paid booking in full online. In arrival I was told payment was not reflecting, thank fully I had email proof on me. So that wasted any time I had as additional. Regardless the stay was pleasant. Beautiful wedding venue! Rooms were good, nice little fireplace, but not exactly 4star I think. Food was ok.

Great Hospitability slight network issue but wifi is provided. All staffs are well cultured and owner himself is indeed a good leader. Separate lift is provided for 24 hours. Best is 24 hours checkout with 5mins walking from surat station. Overall nice experience. Do visit and know more Cusine below guest house in Ekta is best in veg.

This is a wonderful hotel...Though on 7th n 8th floor, u have 24 hours lift service with lift staff.. Rooms were outstanding..Staffs well behaved..Very Economical but there is only one drawback..They donot provide u Lunch n Dinner... But still I have always preferred this place...
