Very bad experience i purchased the golden bracelet of 22carat and the diamond from that came out in just 2 days. Beyond that customer service is very poor there sales person patil is very rude they don't want any customer just happy seeing rush in there showroom , i came to repair the bracelet here also the person said me we dont give guarantee for this "jitni baar diamond hate le aana" .. itna kharab banate he kyu ho ki lana pade after purchase .. idiots.. customer ne baar baar repair karvane ke liye ni kharida h.. such a bad service as well there product quality. Guys dont go after there name .. having bad experience in this outlet See now two more came out..such a bad product Ofcourse i will reach at this helpline number soon m not in the city ri8 now..but how many i had to come for repair stones came out just 2 days after purchase and now again in 1 week 2 more came out.. Can you provide replacement for such a bad product..

They have a pretty decent collection and 2 out of 3 times we have had good experiences. 1 out of 3 I times we have got what we were looking for. Last time, however we were greeted by a trainee there. While one of them was cordial and tried to show us things to the best of her knowledge the other one did not really listen to us. We specifically gave some requirements but he was bent on selling us what he knew instead of listening to what we wanted. When we tried to explain it better we got a condescending vibe from him which made us lose all the interest in purchasing or even looking at anything further during the visit. Having trainees is good but at the least they should know is to listen to the customer. If we say we want “x” then they should show us that rather than telling us “I will show you x and y”. It was not difficult to understand when I say I want only “x” thing and not “y”. Simple understanding of customer requirements, in my case the fact that I did not want to spend on “y” and instead spend my budget only on “x”, can go a long way in retaining the customer and building general trust in the brand. It seemed like the quality of people they are hiring is degrading.

Wast experience for last three visit, if you have any known person inside the showroom than and than you can get priority otherwise you have to wait more than hour, there is no system for first come first service, all are giving service to their knowing person only, there is no interpersonal relationship for the customer, range of ornaments are very good but Custmer can not wait for more than hour or more, Very bad experience. Please look into the matter that for customer friendliness, there is really no system. I hope management can look into it.

Good experience overall but many changes are needed still with waiting area for others to come to wait for actually buying product and no space for sitting of more then 2-3 persons at a time. Accounts department needs to be more simplified as it takes a lot of time to process things and walk out after buying the products.
