I went there today to change front brake pad , they changed it in 5 min and bill amount was 605 rs ,in which 428 for brake pad and '' 177 for replacement charge''outside someone have done this in maximum 50 rs,so i will suggest to buy any parts from any yamaha service and then replace it at other garages.

Authorised Yamaha bikes dealer. Service quality is decreasing day by day. They even not checks the vehicle after service wether everything is ok or not. They just deliver to customer without checks. Servicr cost also increasing day by day but quality of work is decreasing.

Labour charge is too high, and i have charged for false spare parts, Wash and polish is not done well. Do not go this place, Horrible

Actually this place is same just the location have changed first it was at sarthana jakatnaka and now it shifted , am using their services since 2014 and have 2 bikes purchase form here as well as my regular maintenance and service are done by them i like their overall service but sometimes they don't have empty slots and say we will call you and let know but don't know they always forget that and don't call so i suggest keeping a track on customer who have requested for a service and call back on time so that we can know.

Very third class and disgusting experience at your service centre. I would never recommend this type of service centre. 1- your mechanic doesn't take trail. 2- at your service center no water facilities for customer 3- you can't find motorcycle problem in my machine. 4- your service centre give us motorcycle without trail. 5- you give me a motorcycle with 3000-5000 rmp 6- your service centre doesn't give me a my sales report. 6-your service centre doesn't provide a good general services. 7- your service centre doesn't opening a spark plugs, doesn't clean air filter, doesn't print a Fi report. 8- Your service centre giving delivery after 10dyas for general services. 9- very unprofessional, without training mechanics. 10- your mechanic work is very poor My chain set was down with riding condition. 11- Mr Desai they don't have any experience to how to get talk with customer. No follow up by you They said me you are not in our customers catagory. They are fooling me 12- they give me motorcycle after 1 month without any works. And recive motorcycle in very bad conditions. 12- Mr Desai ask to their mechanics to don't do proper work with my motorcycle. 13- Mr Desai fooling me since 2 months. They don't have time to talk with customer. 14- they don't know how to fit a steering and race bearing kit. 15- there's no involvement from service center they are working with customer complaint also. 16- they don't check clutch opration beacuse they don't know how to fix clutch Play. They doesn't check wheel balancing . @indiayamahamotor

The staff are good....recently my brother had a bike from here....genuine guys and good service...arranged the bday celebration as well....

Staff behaviour was good but service was worst the problem I tell them with my bike and they charged and told me that not gonna but the problem didn't solve.
