I wanted to celebrate my wife's birthday with surprise gift and celebration, I contacted so many jewelers in Surat but they denied for celebration. Finally Tanishq at Ghod-dod road, Surat told me yes for surprise celebration with decoration and cake. Ms. Jaya responded me very positively and told me that she will arrange celebration for my wife at Tanishq. When I reached there in evening, she greeted me well and Mr. Mohit, sales person shown us jewelry very patiently as per our budget. He given us so many good options to choose. Finally we bought Ring and they given us discount as per their scheme. After that, Ms. Jaya and Mr. Mohit took us to first floor for celebration and with them other team members also joined us for celebration. They all tried their best to make my wife's birthday celebration as best as they can. I would like to thank all of them, specially Ms. Jaya and Mr. Mohit. Thanks Tanishq to make my wife's birthday special.

I had a good shopping experience but there is scope for improvement . I was greeted and assisted by Abhishek who was extremely patient and understanding of my choice. Wide collection for finger rings but disappointed with their earring collection. The display boxes were all torn out, hopefully the store replaces them. And the checkout process was a pain. Took them about 20 mins to prepare my receipt. Other than that, they were adequately staffed which is nice.

I visited this place to enquire about the rates and scheme as I was told in the phone that they cannot disclose the rates on phone . when i visited I was shocked to realise that staff was quarrelling Bcoz one staff was given two customers to deal.and instead of focusing on the customer they were ready to settle their differences first...Then I called tanishq at adajan...Mr vikash replied very politely and elaborated all the schemes and also offered to do his best on my visit...I will suggest to please visit adajan branch instead of ghod dod road branch of tanishq..

Very very bed expiriance Forgetting the previous mistreatment of us, we went to Tanisk, we gave the old gold and bought new earrings. The report showed my gold as 22.10 carats. The printing told us that it was 21.90 carats. We were overcharged by understating the price of our earrings and were made to sit for two to more hours and were forced to get recurring cards. Finally Tanisk e proved that we will not improve

I have been visiting Tanishq stores since 2017 and have purchased jewellery many times and also have introduced my relative and we have a good history of purchase here with an ex Tanishq guy who had left before sometime. Till then the experience have been flawless but Last time when I visited here I did not felt well as if I am a newbie customer who is just going there for timepass, we had gone to purchase with a budget of 15k but ended up buying 94k still the executive's behavior was not favorable and they ended up lying for a jute bag for which is not worth so much and they lost me there where they lied to a premium customer who referred this store to many relatives. I won't disclose the name but I was really upset as for a 50-100 rs thing they lied to me after purchasing jewellery of 94k.

I don't have much jewelry buying experience but been going to tanishq ghoddod road Showroom since last 5 years or so..it's also because it's TATA owned now. I feel in store designs are limited and different than online. They also have an established regular customer base.. so the staff is familiar with them. Have been helped last two times by khusbu, and though my purchases were significantly large in value I was served well. I would recommend though going in with an old customer for the first time.
