Purely excellent!! Best in class! Huge infrastructure. Includes everything inside like laboratories, pharmacy, OPDs, consulting doctors for almost everything and most advanced tests and operating equipment. The staff is supportive. Ambience is pretty well and fresh. Everything is well maintained, neat and clean if it's a washroom or passage or seating arrangements or labs or consulting rooms.

The hospital is really nice in each and every aspect. Best in class amenities and service. The staff is super friendly and co operative. The treatment is so affordable.. The only problem is you have to use lift and it takes a lot of time to get to your desired floor, there are no stairs except one for emergency exit..

Hospital is well equipped with latest health machinery. But except few doctors and few staff are good other staff and services is really need to improve. Some of them think it's their Hospital and they can behave as they want so rude with patient and they themselves don't follow rules not satisfied after paying huge

It is an extremely well managed hospital with super professional staff and the biggest plus point is the staff, right from security to the doctors will treat you as humans instead of just patients and subjects. Their nature, their behaviour and their helpfulness really won our hearts. It is extremely clean and tidy hospital. My mother went through angioplasty last week hence had to be in this hospital for almost a week but the way the staff helped us right from admission to discharge was something we never experienced earlier. The TPA department helped us in great way. While in ICU as well the rest room provided was comfortable and very clean with abundant place to rest and sit and even lie down. All the facilities were available in the hospital itself and as soon as my mother was taken there, they admitted her to emergency room and from that moment itself she was under constant observation. I would highly recommend this place to everyone in time of need. Trust me it's much better than other so called high profile hospitals. Thank you Kiran hospital for my mother's good treatment.

After the cataract operation, when we came for check-up, we had to sit for one and a half hours, but it was not our turn, after telling the doctor, it was our turn. My point is that those who have been operated on, after completing their treatment, take up new cases so that those who have been operated on are satisfied. Dr. Sanket U Shah has no complaints. He treats very well and gives good answers. If the problem is with the process, request the management to fix this process soon so that no other patient has to suffer.

Reception's staff is very lazy and irresponsible. Gynecologist doctor rosy ahya madam is not good for any patient. Because of her holiday plan she call minimum 10 to 12 patient before her date and do operation. And my wife is one of them. It's very bad experience. I heard about Kiran hospital's positive reviews but i face totally negative and bad experience. It's not preferable for any pregnant women in gynecological department specially. I don't have any experience about other department but specially in gynecological department it's not preferable.

Super clean, highly efficient and well equipped hospital. We have done our full package health check and all reports came same day physical copy and electronics. They lost one star due to BMD report guy went home so we couldn’t get the report on that day.

If we talk about Kiran hospital everything is too good. The doctors,nursing staff,ward boys all are very helpful. The cleanliness environment maintained in the hospital is also good. The quality of food which was provided by them was also good. All the staff members put too much effort into their work and from time to time take feedback from the patient about all is well or not or feeling any type of issue. Then also once in day all Staff head comes and ensures that the proper treatment is provided for the patient by the staff people whose services come under those head. In my short opinion this is the best hospital for any type of treatment you need.

This is my first visit to Kiran Hospital. I went for a Health checkup, the staff at the Health checkup desk are extremely friendly & helpful. Will highly recommend this hospital for full body checkup. I wasn’t satisfied with the cafeteria, the food options & facility provided to health checkup patients who are taking an expensive package aren’t provided meal upto that standard. But overall happy with the hospital facilities.
