Giving 2 stars only for the customer service by the attendant. Issues: 1) Bought a dinner set: only after checking the new packed set I found issues (cracks and de coloration) with 2 items and had them replaced. 2) Collection rarely changes. Most of the stuff was the same from last year and the year before that. 3) The billing staff was little rude

This place offers a good shopping experience of furniture, kitchen utility items, decorative items, bedsheets, towels, pillows, blankets, fragrances, paintings etc. Large variety of the item mentioned is available offering a good choice to select from. Staff is courteous, however we encountered some delay in billing as it was said to be lunch time. Overall a good shopping experience.

Products are nice but They Charge you for Carry Bags, even though the carry bags have their own Brand Name over it, which is illegal. Although the size of the carry bags are different, the price remains constant for all sizes which is unfair too. They should alter these things. Otherwise, products are of great and supreme Quality. Prefer to Purchase on store. Don't go for online purchase as some products can be damaged or inconvenient which is difficult to understand while seeing them online. OUTLETS ARE BEST FOR PURCHASING.

This place is very nice and staff is very humble and friendly although the approach to this is somewhat very tricky and lift which takes you to the 3rd floor is somewhat horrible. Still I find this place attractive for your home needs. Nice experience.

From home decor to kitchen crockery to utility items, everything is available here. Good variety and quality of things available here. Further, in my shopping, Mr. Santosh was very helpful in assisting through the variety of things. This place is somewhat expensive but accordingly there are products too.

So-so. Some of the items were damaged. Had to tell the staff to look into it. Prices are competitive, service is good. We purchased a clock which seemed very rare, we got it delivered to the car, which I thought was very courteous of them.

Very bad experience we have purchased furniture worth Rs. 3,17,000/- and we have received damaged furniture and when we inform them to replace and give us new product instead of that they just come and repair those useless product of them and we were so disappointed that for this fraudulent product I will sue Nilkamal and athome in Consumer court
