I purchased for my attire for Engagement and Wedding along with other kurtas and blazers. The have quite good collection. I received my engagement attire in a good quality Red colour bag but just after 3-4, months I purchased my wedding attire and they gave it in a extremely cheap blue colour bag both quality wise and looks wise. It feels like it won't even last till my wedding date. They need to upgrade back to the original one. Else the collection they have is good. They need to work upon their tailors as they can't provide proper fitting in one time. Also one guy named bharat bhai needs to work upon his customer behaviour.

They spoiled my expensive dress. I sent them twice for fitting however they just made it worse. Neither did they give me a refund nor did they exchange it. The dress isn’t in a wearable condition & Such a waste dress is just lying in my wardrobe. They don’t even behave professionally & don’t consider the fitting their responsibility once the payment is made to them. They’ve troubled me a lot & I suggest everyone not to go & purchase anything from this shop since you will just be putting your money into drain. I would’ve rated 0 star if given the option.

No doubt if you have a very good collection of clothes, but do not forget to treat your customers in a good manner. My sisters went to look for the designer cholis' for wedding they liked it and they were going to buy very soon, but when they were leaving the shop, the guy who was showing the cholis' said just because of us so many other customers gone without buying anything, HOW COME? Is your store like that small? Or you welcome only those who wish to buy something. This is your customer service. Third class. There's no sense in talking.

Pathetic after sale service, tailors are not professional and can mess even the expensive dress. Spent thousands of money on fuel, but tailor still ended up messing the lehnga. I would give zero stars if option provided

Third Class. Arrogant. Booked saree by paying ₹1000. While booking they said i could get money back or refund it in other purchase than saree but refused to do so ultimately. Very bad experience.

Nice dress and lots of options but messed up the tailoring! Did not add the bottom of the zipper back on so zipper fell off when I zipped it all the way down after trying it on for the first time after tailoring. Then blamed me, saying that I broke it when I called!

Always have issues with fitting. You will have to at least make 2 if not 3 visits to get the fitting right.

I have been a regular customer at Paris, but during my last visit , the staff behaviour has been very very unprofessional . To buy a saree 5 salesman will stand and judge customers and the salesman who attends behaves super rude! Not recommended… other stores have better staff and lesser rates .

Went to Paris to get outfits for my sisters wedding and the salesman, Subhas was very accommodating. He was very honest about everything; from pricing to tailoring and showed us amazing designer pieces. I am going to update this review once the outfits are tailored. The store owner was also heavily involved with assisting us, Customer service at Paris is A1. Special shout out to the outfit dressers, they were also very caring and professional.

If I could give this place a 10/5 , I would because it was a great experience. Amazing customer and great quality of the clothes for the price paid. This place is absolutely worth it. Huge shout out to Vikkiebhai, who was so patient and honest about everything. He and his team were extremely thorough and helpful with picking out our selections and showing us the proper way to measure through FaceTime. I appreciate all the hard work and effort put into our clothes, and I am very impressed with the time it go to our home. Vikkiebhai and his team received a huge order from me and my family, and got our items to us in about 3 weeks! Vikkiebhai also took the time out to take videos of the measurements on each outfit individually (mind you we ordered over 30 pieces of men and women's clothing), to show and make sure we are getting the proper fit. When we tried our clothes, they fit perfect! Vikkiebhai was also nice enough to include extra stitching to open up the clothes, if needed. My family and I are extremely happy with our clothes, and are very thankful to have found this store. For those who plan to order from Vikkiebhai, please trust the process and be patient, you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend this place, and I definitely will continue to order here as well. Once again, thank you so much Vikkiebhai and your team for everything. I recommend Paris Surat. We were unable to shop in person so the store FaceTimed with us to choose multiple day wedding attire for our entire family. They were very patient showing us many options and then working with us to make sure couples’ choices coordinated, all of our measurements were correct, and the clothing was shipped on time. Everything was beautiful and we were extremely happy.

Vickie was very helpful with our purchase and the fitting was done perfectly. Definitely recommend shopping with him.

Paris world is such a huge new unique collection of all traditional cloth, specifically Sari, lahenga, or havy dresses. There is good dress collection for Bride or …siders nd also many different variety in material , colour nd patterns. Definitely u will like outfits . Yes but it’s little bit expensive than normal store . But u will definitely purchase unique one . With best quality.

I bought lehengha choli for my one the wedding events. They have good range in wedding collection including sarees. Must visit showroom when you're looking for wedding shopping.

They have great pieces. Customer service is okay. But they always mess up the alterations and fittings. This is my second time here. During my wedding, we bought a large chunk of trousseau dresses from them. They messed up the fittings so bad, I had to get it redone in Mumbai. So while everything looks good, their tailors are realy not upto the mark. This same ordeal happened with me yesterday. They even tore the gown a little while trying to alter it. They never own up to their mistakes.

Paris Surat is the best place to shop specifically if you cannot go there yourself and have to buy on line. Gauravbhai assisted my family and he knew exactly what I was looking for. Very hard to find such hard working employee. A good asset for the business owner. All the staff are very accommodating and friendly. The quality of their clothes are excellent. You get better than what you expect. We are all truly thankful to the entire team at Paris🙏

I travel all the way to India just to shop for my big day and wedding paris made it a very terrible experience for me they were not allowing me to video call my aunt back home to show her the dresses i was looking at since she is they only one I have since my mother dead they really disappointed me from what I have that oh they very great nice and friendly they are not

I couldn't travel to India to shop for my brother's wedding so I used their video services. Vikkie was always available and helpful throughout the whole process. He took measurements via video and then sent a video to confirm the outfit was made according to measurements given. They even changed out the latkans for me. The outfit was ready in the time frame he told me. It took a bit to get my tracking info from them but it arrived quickly once shipped. I was honestly really worried about the quality and the fit since it had to be custom made. But once it arrived and I saw it in person I was really happy with the quality and design of the lehenga. It turned out exactly as the one they showed me and it fit perfectly. I would use their video shopping services again in the future.

I would highly recommend the store! I recently used them for a big event and was unable to physically be in India to shop. They FaceTimed me and my entire family multiple times to get every last detail perfect. Huge shout out to Vicky Bhai who is incredible. He was so patient with us as we took measurements over FaceTime, as he showed us every last outfit in the store until we found the perfect ones. In addition, he helped create matching outfits for all of our significant others down to matching shoes for the boys!!! He is truly amazing! The customer service and quality of clothing here is truly incredible. We will definitely continue to purchase from the store.

Went to this so called showroom in surat.They shown us best lehengas they had and assured us they will send everything they shown as it is by courier and within 15days.But they kept us waiting till a month and a half.everytime we called they would lie to us that your parcel will be out within 3days.And finally when they sent us the lehenga wasn't same and work done on it was not as much detailed and even the matching batwa with it was missing.when we complained about it they sent us such a cheap quality batwa which even a kid wont use.such a bad experience will never go to surat for wedding shopping ever and i will suggest everyone not to go there at all.
