Good cinema. Parking should be free, rupees should not charged. Food prices are high more than double. Seats are comfortable. Some seats are dirty and not working properly, so needs improvements. Sound quality is good. Price is ok. Three types of sitting arrangements, silver, gold and platinum. In most of movies the price of silver ticket is one hundred rupees and gold ticket's price is something 150 to 200. And the platinum ticket will cost you around 300 rupees. In silver ticket only adjustable seat is provided. In gold ticket sofa and in platinum sofa is provided and it can be extended and person can watch movie in sleeping also. In gold sofa is not extending. Good cinema.

Plush chairs, uber cafe, and nearness to chic location. That what makes this cinema stand out. Sufficient parking space, so making a bee line in your car, won't be pain ful either.

Shiv miniplex , very nice theatre in surendranagar , clean , hygiene maintained , seats are very cumfertable , sound system is pretty nice , in this covid situation all guide line maintained , price cost of ticket are very normal 100-200 . Ac is good . It's has mini food stall , where you can easily get 🍿 popcorn and cold drink plus sandwich samosas , woman safety is there! No worries at all , enjoy with friends and family !

Worst hygiene.... Worst rest room... No cleanliness.... No water supply... Highly disappointed with service... Worst experience.....Would never visit again .... ૦ star....

Very bad quality service of the staff, initially they haven't turned on the AC( air-conditioning) system for initial 35-40 minutes, afterwards i contacted the staff and he tried to manipulate the things by saying ac is on but it will take time for cooling, it's as simple as that they haven't turned on the air conditioning system. Otherwise screen and sound system is good. Seating is also very very comfortable.

I didn't like the sitting arrangement & screen size & overall sound is good. I'll prefer ny cinema which is very near to this cinema.

The seating comfort is Excellent, the food is also Excellent only the thing is the AC colling is very high my daughter feel cold 🥶 🥶 and the sound is very loud. Overall excellent experience. 👍👍
