Location, rooms, staff are all amazing! could not ask for more in a getaway stay. Favourite place to stay in the Gold Coast. it is located right beside a boardwalk around the lake, the experience was definitely superb. My family and I will be back to stay again 100%!!

Fantastic Hotel, boasts a great atmosphere in a quiet location. The front reception staff are super lovely and happy to help with any request. I now consider this hotel my home away from home and will definitely be back very soon!

Maybe I expected too much. Reception wasn’t open when I checked in at 7pm, which doesn’t work if your travelling for work or are running late. The room had a floating floor and has a very ‘clinical’ feel, not really what you want when you’re away from home. I had to have the windows shut due to the noise outside! You expect a King size bed to be 2 singles together and there to be enough of an underlay that you can't tell. Sadly not here, so i effectively slept on a single bed. I also needed to leave 2 days earlier and their policy is once you check in there is no refund. So all in all, if your need to book a place to rest and relax I would recommend you keep looking

The access to our room from the car park was confusing and out of the way. Our room has a bus stop right outside the window so could not open windows or sit on the balcony without a lot of noise

Great location, great to stay a couple nights. However, if you are planning to rent for a longer period of time (for bond students) be aware that when you leave they try and charge you for everything… that’s not necessary. They try and charge as much as they can to replace things, happened to every friend of mine who have stayed here for a semester. Claimed things were missing when they were never there in the first place. Just be aware!!

1.Bed sheet isn’t clean. I start to get itchy as soon as I lie on the bed. 2.tablewares are not clean—full of stains 3.super noisy during the night. People are shouting in the corridor, having patty are etc. 4.lake views? Nope 5.the water can suddenly become extremely cold during shower. 6.lack of after hours service 7.facilities are super old Some good sides: good location and friendly staff. Side notes: 10 times worse than the 3 star hotels in Vietnam.

Clean , as described and seen in photos and the staff were helpful , polite , professional and went out of their way for me . Would highly recommend.

Visited Chancellor Lakeside for a little holiday while we attended the football and was not disappointed. The staff were very helpful in providing the best ways to get to the game. Great location, with spacious rooms, providing everything you need for a self contained holiday!

We stay here and at their other hotel quite often and the staff are always very welcoming and friendly. The room is always spotless. Location is great with a nice walk around the lake, awesome place!

1 bedroom apartment. Beautiful room, nice big carpark, great view from the balcony, and the customer is amazing. I left my dress in the cupboard and they've posted it back to me - thanks! Big bummer though - the tv would only work if you used the cast, which meant you had to hook up to the wifi, which cost $10 a day and only 1gb of data. So you end up paying a fortune just to watch tv. Be prepared to bring your own device to watch tv.

Dirty room. Outdated worn out furniture. Cockroaches in bathroom. No lounge or coffee table. Bins and light covered in rust. Mould in Bathroom. Fade yellow tv screen.very uncomfortable beds. No parking under units. Had to walk some distance from other car park to units.

The place, room and location was good. We had a hiccup with rates and manager helped us promptly. For a short stay is ok but we stayed for 14 days and room doesn’t get cleaned. Service is only after 7 days, cleaner didn’t change sheets and when asked said he did but he didn’t, he also didn’t clean the bathroom or changed the bin we had to request it and he went and just changed the bins and still didn’t change the bed sheets. Bathroom gets very very wet showering. One night there was a cockroach in the kitchen. Kitchen utensils were not well washed previously and we had to wash everything before using. Poor pillows. The location was good and receptionist very polite and professional. Just the cleaning is not good at all.
