    The absolute worst service the absolute worst staff the absolute worst understanding of general operation of anything that I haven't encountered at a Starbucks thus far. Would not recommend to anybody drive a mile-and-a-half up the street on your right there's a Starbucks inside of Fry's great service

    Perfect!!! I love coffee ☕️ for sure, but sometimes the blends are off, or someone adds whip cream when I've requested none for years. My husband has special requests due to lactose /sugar, etc, and it will keep him awake if it's wrong. Not THIS Starbucks!!! My order is always perfect and the staff friendly!! I like coming here.

    Fast service, which is important, because this is a very busy location. Not the best place for a quiet or personal conversation. As with all busy places, the loudest customer are the most entitled...and there's a lot of entitled people + the elderly & hard of hearing. So, if you have trouble hearing through background noise, you may find it difficult to speak or listen to others at your table. This is true inside out out as long as they're busy. Did not order food.

    Starting Mornings Right with Pat's Warm Service at Starbucks ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 Stars) I've been a regular at this Starbucks location for quite some time, and I can honestly say that my mornings have been consistently brightened by the fantastic service provided by Pat at the drive-thru window. Every morning, without fail, Pat is there with a warm smile, infectious enthusiasm, and an uncanny ability to remember my order – a scrumptious White Chocolate Mocha. While Pat may not personally make the White Chocolate Mocha, she hands it to me with such genuine care and attentiveness that it enhances the overall experience. The speed and efficiency of her service, coupled with her cheerful disposition, make my early morning commute something I genuinely look forward to. The White Chocolate Mocha itself is always perfectly crafted – a testament to the skill and dedication of the Starbucks baristas. The combination of velvety white chocolate, perfectly steamed milk, and robust espresso creates a delightful beverage that jumpstarts my day in the best way possible. I wholeheartedly recommend this Starbucks location not only for the excellent White Chocolate Mocha, but also for the exceptional service provided by Pat. It's not often you come across someone who truly makes a difference in your day-to-day life, but Pat has certainly done that for me. So, if you're ever in the area, make sure to visit this Starbucks and experience Pat's amazing service for yourself.

    The coffee and service was outstanding. A kind barista handed me my drink and I fell to my knees. It was truly fine art. I almost didn't want to drink it because it was so beautiful. However, I could not disrespect the time, love, and exemplary craftsmanship put into this drink. I took a single sip and learned all the secrets of the universe and was simotaniously cured of all aliments. I would go again, every hour of every day for the rest of my life if possible. The best Starbucks in the world. 100/10.

    Great Starbucks! Open till 3pm till we get covid-19 out of here. Got my favorite drink iced latte with 3 pumps of caramel and 2 pumps of vanilla and caramel drizzle. So delicious!

    Went there yesterday to get a Frappuccino. Two people were in the store enjoying their coffees and computers. It’s a quiet Starbucks, so if you want fast service, I recommend you go there in the future.

    I stood in line a while with many employees walking by. The manager was on a tablet at the counter, looked up after a bit, and said that someone would be with me. She spoke (casually) with employees, not once asking someone to help me. Shalimar, Aubrey, and another girl were running around helping all of the customers while many employees were standing in the office carrying on conversations, eating, etc. Kudos to the 3 ladies that made this visit good. Shalimar was trying to get all of the orders to the correct people while Aubrey was the barista, and the other girl was working drive-thru. Shame on the manager for not stepping up and kudos to those 3!

    Hello everyone, just wanna let you know. This Starbucks is not equipped to handle High volume customers, they had a special on fall drinks every Thursday. Did not have proper staff. I will not recommend going to the Starbucks. They have a lot of work to do Customer service sucks Remember, you have a choice. Shame, On you starbucks

    How did I wait 20 mins for a microwave burrito that had almost no sausage or bacon. This place is a huge waste of time don't come here ever. 8 people behind the counter and no one knew what they were doing. I watched one girl change the trash out and continue on to making beverages without washing her hands.

    Came in this morning in the drive thru, was not impressed at all! My breakfast sandwich was burnt and hard, my frap wasn't even blended cold at all it melted completely within 5 minutes of having the drink,protein box in the bag is all wet and the bag it was in ripped :( this ruined starbucks for me, going back to my other coffee shops,I used all my stars plus paid $8 felt like it was a HUGE Waste of my money

    Had the worst experience today 11/24. I live within a mile of this place. Not my first time there but this morning I felt completely disrespected. The level of disregard for me was outrageous. Almost every employee walked right past me as I stood at the counter ready to order. I was not greatet but someone did say one moment but no one ever came to take my order. It was like no one knew what their duties were. I ended up walking out without making a purchase and will not spend a cent here for anything again.
