Terrible experience. Their office is impossible to reach. They only handle issues through phone and email, you can’t visit any of the property management to handle an issue face to face. Their parking absolutely sucks, and the walk to carry anything to your building is ridiculous, might as well have as little as possible. I am so happy to be moving from this complex in a month. Save your money and look elsewhere for a good living community.

My son has a roach infested apartment and the rental company cannot resolve. It is unsafe living environment. The matter should have been resolved before letting anyone live here. Horrible conditions.

I love The Lodge at Sun Ridge Condominiums they are utilized so you have extra space closets washers and dryers in the units your patio is not back to back with one of your neighbors there's a lot of landscape for you to enjoy our beautiful weather in Sunny Arizona they are pet friendly and they have boo boo bag stands 24-hour Chevron for convenience only candy bars chips taquitos super sized hot dogs and the fixings to go with them

"When you're blue, and you don't know what to do, why don't you go next to the bridge, here at Sunridge." Cheapest place around. A bit pricey, but Phoenix and this area has really grown in 20 years. Ashley and Bolyn (?) are tops, and really nice to mother and me. Friendly neigbors…some of them really friendly. But at least they're not stuck-up snots like some gated community. It's basic, but remember, Basic Ain't Bad.

I was picking someone up. I had to laugh, I was given a parking number to pick her up and someone else was using it so I had to stay in car rather than anger someone else. It appeared to be quiet and clean so that impressed me.

Do not rent or buy here. Management does not know what they are doing. Pretty soon it will be just like any other place on 27th Ave. Either manage the place your paid to or move aside. I'm talking to you John
