The restaurant forgot one of our pancakes and sausage we ordered, rang the restaurant up and the staff were very rude! First person hung the phone up on us and the second person wasn’t understanding and very rude aswell. Wouldn’t recommend, need better staff!!

2 people were pretty useless and didn’t even know how to count how many sausage and pancakes were in a bag. Hire some colleagues who know how to count instead of hanging up a phone and being about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Well its macdonalds...but I feel its almost a bit taboo for most of us to admit that we actually like macdonalds. The constant queues at the drive through are evident of just how much we actually like macdonalds. Yes it's cheap and portion sizes are questionable. But it does taste good for what you pay. It's a pretty good option to have when you just need somewhere to stop off and eat at an unfamiliar place or time of day.

I ordered a double cheese burger and cheesy bites and this is what I get ? were you guys drunk doing this simple order ? no the fisrt time things are missing I'm my bag or just completely wrong. I know it's a fast food service but please put all the ingredients.

Dreadful. Friday evening and there were x4 4 person booths and a 4 seater bar reserved for staff break. (3rd of the seating) In our visit not a single staff member used them. It was a struggle for paying customers to find a seat. I was told it was because the staff were not allowed to sit with the public. Assuming for covid even though these same people were table serving. 🤔 Total madness. I found the floating waiter rude after the table incident. At one point they took an order out into the car park on a tray, seemed to walk around lost and not really knowing where they were going and brought it back in to be served. I sure wouldn't want my meal doing a tour of the car park before being served to me. Our order somehow got lost after using the self serve so we waited 20 minutes for our meal. Not a good experience.

Always cold through drive through, always incomplete order or items missing, never ever get the dips with any sides in the drive through. A bit better if you go in store, at least you can walk back to counter and get all the bits your missing

A full 5 star just for the young lad who took my boyfriend's and I's order and payment at the drive though literally just now (9:30 the 18th of May). You were absolutely amazing and made our night

I don't know if they had technical problems, or person taking my order was deaf, but I had to come to the window and still they messed up and didn't give me exactly what I've asked for. Apart of that, when I reached pick point, not everything was ready, so had to park in waiting bay. When food was brought to me, meat was hot but everything else was like from freezer. Usually i dont go here, in other places didn't have that issues. Apart of above, nothing wrong. People nice, no problems.

BEWARE!! Have used this McDonald's numerous times over the years but the last time we went in a large group to celebrate a child's birthday and stayed for 1hr 45 mins. I got a parking fine. No one else in the group did. I have no idea why I was singled out or why anyone would stay in that car park if you weren't using McDonald's, nothing else about, i.e. train station. Seems unfair.

If I could give you a lower review I truly would , it’s not the first time my order is missing food loads of food not just 1 item , it’s NOT up to the delivery driver to make sure it’s all there he only picks up a sealed bag and delivers it !! ITS YOUR STORES RESPONSIBLY TO MAKE SURE ITS ALL IN THE BAG ,clearly it’s shows that people can’t even follow a simple tasks .. Ordered 4 meals tonight and every single one was missing chips.. it’s like the 10th in the row if it’s not the chips it’s the apple pies 🥴😂 honestly get it together

Normally pop in here around 6:45am as I'm working round the corner. For a Mcdonalds it's very good, clean and tidy, food hot and staff are very friendly. What more do you need?

Paid for a drive through breakfast, was told to park up, had to leave without getting the breakfast they took so long!

No dips delivered and missing half of the fries. Not that hard is it. Do NOT order delivery on the McDonald's App, they palm you off to Uber Eats who are unhelpful.

Really need to look at what people order and what you put in the bag. In the past 2 days ive had cold food delivered with 3 milkshakes missing, and another order 1 ice cream missing and different one to what was ordered. Ive had the money refunded but its really no replacement for the face on a child when their ice cream hasnt turned up! Sort it out camberley.

When initially ordering through the drive thru, the lady wasn’t very helpful when asking for a portion of pickles and told me it wasn’t possible and questioned when I told her I had ordered them before (from the same McDonald’s) but when I went to the window to collect my order, Chad was very friendly and willing to help with my request. Chad even took my phone to the till to take card payment as I didn’t have cash on me and gave great customer service. Chad’s manner was very pleasant and friendly and didn’t make me feel I was asking too much. Thanks Chad ☺️

And apparently this is a large portion…. What a joke.. why pay extra when you don’t get extra?? Plus the McCrispy I ordered was burnt!

Having used this McDonalds many, many times before, just received a parking fine for being there 112 minutes. Never been charged for being over an hour before. We like to eat and chat, not rush. So cross. Be aware. We won't be going there again..

Food was as expected. Warm. Fairly quick to come out, however no straws, milk, sugar etc we're bought out with the drinks. Which made table serving pointless as we had to join the queue to obtain these.

Place is way too busy with deliveroo orders and the like. Had to wait 15 minutes just for ice-cream.

Food was incorrect. Cold and overall very disappointing. Milkshakes had no flavor and was more like a cup of vanilla ice cream. Completely overpriced for what you get. Cold incorrect unedible food....

It is decent for a McDonald’s. I’ve never had problems here, with food or otherwise, and if you’ve been to a McDonald’s it’s very much what you’d expect. I reckon this place gets a worse review on google maps because people tend to review it when they have had a bad experience!

Service is hit and miss, day time is fine but some of those on the later shift hate working those shift hours just as much as most of us would and it shows

I had Bobby as my server for the Drive Thru and he was absolutely lovely and really perked up my day! He’s a great asset to the team

Access from a main road, car park quite small, and mostly taken up with the abundance of deliver-uber-roo drivers. The restaurant itself was clean, but for some reason still had the AC on when it was 9°C outside. Food was made with a fair portion of condiments and toppings.

We ordered online and almost all of our order was missing this has happened a number of times Make sure the staff are not retards and actually know how to do their job.

Amazing has delicious food and it just amazing but busy ❤️💗

Missing item AGAIN. I even went through collection instead of drive thru so the staff doesn't rush and get the order wrong. When she gave the packages which looked small, she looked at me and said that's all, and if there's anything else. Went home and checked, missing order. Shame cause the nuggets are pretty good McDonalds standards. Pro tip: don't trust the cashier, check the packages.

Not a huge fan of the franchise, but this was poor. Burger patties were dried out to the point they had cracked. Must have been cooked a long time before serving and left keeping warm / drying out.

Food was excellent. I was asked if I need any dips which indicates a good service. Dinning area was clean.

It's a McDonald's, you order, you take a number and if you're lucky your food is piping hot and you don't have to sit surrounded by other people's left over chips and drinks cups. My food was hot and nice, but sadly nobody was clearing rubbish away or wiping down tables, so I had to. Not a massive hardship I know, but you don't wanna have to clear up other people's rubbish.

We received really great service at this branch. Nick was really attentive and said he would bring over our breakfast when it was ready, instead of waiting at the counter. He was very helpful and polite, and the kitchen staff were very quick. The cleanliness was also really good.

Poor service, slow food, big tasty burger looked run over with lacking ingredients amd still the same price = rip off! Syrup in drinks was lacking and no touch screens. Place needs money spending on it. Drive thru only if that!

Car park is really small, so eating in can be a challenge. Deliveroo drivers swamp the counter so collection or table service takes ages. Best stick to drive thru at this mcds. Other than that, food was fresh.

I would give them - zero stars if could but 1 star will have to do, just ordered a home delivered mc'ds and this is happened before an item has been missing out of my order. Tonight it was a large fries had to ask just eat for a 1.59 refund on the fries i'm not happy and won't be ordering or using this mcd's again. 1 to many times has items been missing from my orders.

Shocking queue to get to drive through. You can't skip it to park in car park and so it can be a 20-30 minute crawl to get food. Being a delivery driver, I have no choice other than to sit in it. If raining, there is no shelter for pay window or collection window and so you get soaked. You also can't use the app as they aren't set up for it. Diabolical place. Lovely lady on payment window and we always have a giggle.

Always overcrowded. Any time, any day 😄 Carpark is a nightmare, sometime had to drive off as I couldn't even get off the A30 to queue up for the car park. Quick order at self service machines. Food is served hot. Cold food is chilled. Staff are busy. Delivery drivers tend to push past you.

Got a car park and drive Thur. The building has a play area for little ones and tablets. Big upstairs area. Clean and tidy McDonald's. Food is lovely...

This place does not have enough capacity during meal time. The queue is horrendously long both inside and at the drive through. Very limited car parking spaces available for customer. Gets very dirty during busy time.

The food was the same as most McDonalds but the difference here was a young man who was extremely helpful generally and very good with the kids without any prompting so my 5 stars go to him!

Great for a breakfast if you’re staying at the nearby travelodge. They have drive through and a sit-in restaurant. Use the app to get reward points!

Popped in here a couple of times for a quick snack and each time the food has been fine. Exactly what you’d expect, quick, friendly enough staff and reasonable waiting times. The only real negative is the car park can be a little confusing.

COLD COLD COLD sums up the food. Definitely not put together when ordered the chip's, burger and chicken strips were all cold after only a 5 minute drive so who knows how long they were sitting around before being handed to me. Never going there again.

Very long hair in my big mac!!! When i went to the restaurant nearly all staff was without a hairnet! Management should look after them staff and wear correct ppe.

Usual McDonald's food quality and service. Very clean restaurant and helpful staff. The parking area is a bt tight and leaving back towards Camberley means a a 1/2 mile detour around The Meadows roundabout.

Absolutely shocking!!! Customer service here is dreadful too!! Hanging up the phone!!! Placed an order with deliveroo and they didn't even pack my sons breakfast... he went without pineapple stick, cookie, and a drink all because they forgot to put it in the bag... All he's had is hash browns... I'm livid it's not the first time they've sent an order and missed items but this has just tipped it off for me. You've now made a 3yr old boy cry... well done Mc Donalds! 👏 Sort your staff out! One angry customer!

Can you actually call this a double cheeseburger?! Tasted fine.... but yeah...had to laugh when I saw this.
