My two dogs boarded at Jet Pet for a week recently and had the best time. I'm so impressed by the level of care provided by the staff! We were welcomed so warmly when I went to drop them off, and they remembered details about my dogs' health concerns and personalities. I also loved seeing photos of the two of them on instagram. Both my guys are friendly, but one of them is a senior and can get overwhelmed in rowdy and loud environments. He was kept in the kitchen area with other calm/senior pups, where he received lots of attention from the staff and got to take lots of relaxing naps. My other dog is young so he was placed in the "Tiny Tots" room where he got to play and run around all day. I'm an overbearing and slightly paranoid pet mom, and it takes a lot for me to trust a facility with my dogs. But their time at Jet Pet was so great that I'll definitely be boarding them there whenever I travel in the future. I'm so happy I get to enjoy my time away while having the peace of mind that they're being well taken care of. Can't recommend Jet Pet and the wonderful staff enough!

The team is super friendly, and they were very accommodating with the feeding schedules. The daily webcam is a thoughtful way of easing the separation from your pet. I had an amazing experience at Jet Pet Resort Olympic Village for my dog Lulu. The staff was incredibly attentive and caring, making sure Lulu felt right at home during her stay. The facilities were top-notch, with spacious and clean accommodations that put me at ease. I particularly loved the streams they provided, allowing me to see Lulu having a great time. It's evident that they prioritize the well-being of the pets in their care. I highly recommend Jet Pet Resort to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable boarding experience for their furry friend. I was quite anxious to leave my very shy rescue dog for a couple weeks but the Social Media posts and the text updates have been super helpful. I feel like they really did the best they could to accommodate my dog and make sure she was feeling as good as possible considering she’s a very anxious and skittish dog. She’s home now, healthy, happy and might even be missing the friends she made there :) I will definitely use Jet Pet again for boarding my dog! The only downside would be the smell of urine she came home with, but nothing that can’t be fixed with a couple baths. Thanks everyone at JetPet! I’ll definitely see you again!

We had to go out of the country for 12 days and this was the first option for us. We wrote down instructions for the care of our pet but they were not followed fully. We understand our pet is not the only one but we only asked for the treats to be given and they gave us back half of them meaning they were not given. We also asked for some pictures only 2 times and they were sent only the 1st day. The staff is really good and friendly by the way. It makes you trust them immediately. Just consider that your dog is exposed to other dogs. We saw once our dog being attacked on the cameras. My French Bulldog came back with 2 scars one on the ear and one on the neck so please consider this.

My two dogs spent five nights at your facility recently. Bob is a 16-1/2 year old rescue; Lucky is a four year old re-home with major abandonment anxiety issues (I'm his third home). As I had never left them before I was quite apprehensive but they both did well at the meet and greet and I was relieved that they were both accepted as boarders. Upon my return I was so happy to see them both so happy! Freshly bathed too. THANK YOU ALL!!! Fabulous staff.

The daily cat cam is a treat and I never missed them. They sent pictures and were super attentive to signs of stress and showered them with hugs and kisses - anything and everything needed to make my babies feel more comfortable.
