I moved out from this cozy house week ago, already miss all. Manage Sean and Maria.. they are friendly, cheerful, kindness...(no word to describe about this guys). I'm very grateful for the kindness you have shown me! Floor-heat system👍 I didn’t feel the cold, which is warm and mildest during winter. Bus stop is just 10strides also A&W, Canadian Tire, Tim hortons Mc Donalds.... in 5min by adult-step, Save on food, TD, Starbucks... in 10min aswell. I wanna stay long, but I transfer the job location, thats why have to move.. so sad Anyway I thank to Sean and Maria, you guys are the BEST of BEST 👍👍

It was awesome living here! The location is really good for getting around (near the Phibbs exchange), the suites have nice appliances and are very modern, the building management is second to none - they do a great job looking after the building, keeping it safe and clean, looking after the tenants. They've updated the common spaces numerous times since I've lived here, including the BBQ and the furniture. The people here truly care. A great place to be if you want to live on the North Shore!

I called Lynn Creek Apartments home for almost 3 years and can’t say enough how amazing the property management in this building is. I have rented for the past 12 years and I can honestly say that Sean is the best building manager I have rented from. Not only is he personable but puts in so much time and care in making the building a great place to live. I’ve never had a landlord who has been so responsive to any of our concerns and is also a wonderful neighbour. If we didn’t have to move to have a yard for our dog, we definitely would have stayed longer. All of the tenants in this building are super respectful, great neighbours who are easy to make connections with. Shout out to Afees and Maria for supporting Sean in making Lynn Creek an awesome place to live! Thank you team, we will miss you!

We had a great 1.5 years here. The building was always well maintained and the managers were great throughout our stay. Sean always was willing to go above and beyond to help us out and he always had treats ready for our puppy! Location, amenities, staff, and the beautiful North Shore are few of the many selling points of the Lynn Creek Apartments. We will miss it and we highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I lived here for just over 2 years. Sean was an awesome building manager. He was very understanding of peoples needs and very helpful. The location of Lynn creek apartments was also very convenient.

Great apartment complex with very helpful management! Since I was not in BC earlier this year, I ended up signing the lease before viewing the suite in person, but I was not disappointed at all. Everything was exactly as it was posted online and there were no unpleasant surprises. Sean was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and was very responsive to all the questions I had before and after moving in. He definitely understands a tenant's perspective and makes sure the move/stay is easy as it can be. The entire complex is very clean and well maintained. The location is convenient for anyone working in downtown or who has to drive up north. I highly recommend Lynn Creek Apartments for anyone looking for a place in North Vancouver.

Lived here for a year as a first apartment of my own, all of the Management Staff are incredibly friendly and take great pride in keeping the place clean and in great shape. They really care about all of their tenants and work hard to make sure you feel at home! Would wholeheartedly recommend living here :P

We lived here for 3 years and moved to townhouse. We had a great experience while we stayed in Lynn Creek Apartment. Well managed apartment by great managers. Especially we appreciate to Sean. He is a wonderful manager, always willing to help day or night. Also, we felt safe while we stayed in the apartment. Neighbors were also nice and very respectful.

Lived in the building since 2019. Amazing Management and staff, lovely environment and so well kept. We've adored living here because they've made it such a great experience. Highly recommend moving in. Big shoutout to Sean for being an outstanding Property Manager!
