Great place to see a movie, not crowded. Good comfortable seats, too. Buying tickets is easy online or at the movie house self-serve ticket machine or the concession counter. Choosing seats are your options. Concession has good choices for food/drinks, vending machines are available too. Arcade games are at the theatre lobby. Clean washrooms and spacious free parking. Lots of restaurants at the back of theatre. For the commuting public, the only bus station is at the back of the theatre.

One of my favorite cinema I love to visit. Big space, good environment . Kids love the game machines . Worthy to try and experience the watching movies here.

I saw so many low rated reviews about this cinema and I started regret that bought tickets. But reality appears fine. Staff selling popcorn isn't friendly, but the rest is ok : seats comfortable, Imax screen is fine, washroom smells fine. Of course its not the newest building, but not as bad. At Wednesday evening on Marvel's was only 2 other couples besides us. Might be back, as it only one Imax close to Vancouver.

Good Cinema overall + IMAX + Big Free parking lot are key factors for me to choose this exact place. Due to the lack of IMAX in Vancouver I'm coming to this cinema. Another accessible IMAX to go from Vancouver is in Langley but there something wrong with it (feels like basic Cinema Hall). Really sad story in compare to Toronto where 20+ IMAX places.

My experience at this cineplex was good. Watched the movie Oppenheimer at IMAX theatre. Usually easy to find parking spot snd close to the highway makes it convenient even if you are travelling from the other cities in GVA. The food and buffet may be more on the average side.

I’ve never had a bad experience whilst coming here. The seats are comfy and the IMAX screen is always a win for those blockbuster films. I’ve tried ordering food several times and things have been out of stock like the milkshakes, but as far as theatre hot dogs go they aren’t terrible.

Today was my first time at this Cineplex, and frankly I was missing the one by my home. We went and bought food at Outtakes, and the staff working there, Christie automatically made me feel at home. Her smile was very welcoming and her cheerfulness melted the homesickness. I asked for recommendations on snacks, and she pointed out the churros, chicken and tater tots. They were good. Took kinda long, but her customer service was very good! Thank you Christie for making my Cineplex experience 10/10 🥰

Wanted to give a shoutout to the employee scanning us in for our movie - I believe his name was Eddie! We went to see a movie on Tuesday and we were running a bit late so we were trying to grab concession but not miss the movie, and without us asking Eddie checked a list and told us how long there was left of previews :) he also came up to let us know we had 5 minutes left. It was very thoughtful, he went out of his way to go above and beyond expectations. Shoutout Eddie! (I hope I got the name right!) Everyone else we interacted with was also friendly and overall it was good!
