Wish
I
could
give
it
a
zero
or
a
negative...
Throughout
the
experience
we've
encountered
only
two
customer
service
oriented
people
-
the
policeman
at
the
gate,
who
directed
us
and
checked
the
appointment
and
the
person,
who
was
directing
my
husband
for
a
parking
spot.
Came
to
have
our
kid
vaccinated.
If
I
knew
that
would
be
an
outdoor
place
-
I
would
never
book
an
appointment
there.
Freezing
cold
in
the
tents,
staff
is
not
friendly
at
all.
First
they
sent
us
to
the
adult
vaccination
tent,
although
I
clearly
said
we
came
for
kids
vaccination
("Oh,
sorry,
we
didn't
see
the
kid!").
Then
-
after
some
waiting
-
we
were
taken
to
the
kids
appointment
place.
Told
to
wait
outside
as
they
were
"preparing
the
vaccine".
When
asked
if
we
could
wait
indoors,
as
they
had
a
heated
place,
were
told
that
no,
we
couldn't.
After
some
time
were
taken
indoors
to
sit
and
still
wait
for
a
few
minutes
-
it
was
empty
all
the
time,
so
I
have
no
idea
what
was
the
point
of
keeping
us
waiting
outside.
All
the
information
was
taken
and
they
never
asked
me
to
sign
any
papers
or
asked
for
my
name
or
who
I
was
to
that
kid
(a
relative,
a
guardian,
etc.).
I
asked
the
staff
who
was
delivering
the
vaccine
when
they
returned
with
the
syringe,
just
to
make
sure,
if
that
was
a
10
mcg
of
MRNA
-
she
replied
-
no,
it's
30
ml.
I
said
that
I
believed
it
should
have
been
20
ml
for
children
under
12.
On
which
she
immediately
replied:
oh,
yes,
sorry,
20
ml.
So
I
have
no
idea
if
they
actually
administered
20
or
30
(dosage
for
older
children).
Right
after
that
we
were
told
to
leave.
When
I
asked
if
they
should
monitor
my
kid's
wellbeing
for
15
min,
they
replied
-
yes,
just
go
to
another
tent
and
sit
there.
Sitting
in
the
tent
when
it's
pretty
cold
outside
was
not
the
most
pleasant
experience,
not
speaking
of
the
fact
that
there
is
a
good
chance
to
catch
a
cold
(if
not
something
else,
as
people
were
floating
in
and
out,
and
the
staff
never
provided
anyone
with
a
medical
mask
or
asked
to
sanitize
their
hands).
In
the
end
my
kid
never
received
any
sticker
or
anything
else
from
them
and
was
a
bit
upset
with
that
fact.
When
we
sat
and
waited
for
15
min,
no-one
advised
us
about
any
symptoms
we
needed
to
report
(luckily,
I
was
fully
aware
on
what
to
expect).
No
one
approached
us
and
asked
if
the
kid
was
feeling
ok.
Nobody
cared
about
anything.
It
was
not
really
crowdy
in
the
pedestrian
tent,
just
a
few
people.
Still,
the
only
time
we've
been
approached
is
when
we
decided
to
leave
and
were
told
we
would
need
to
return
from
where
we
came,
as
they
didn't
want
us
to
go
the
same
way
the
cars
did.
Amazing.
Apparently
they
need
to
coordinate
with
the
staff
that
direct
people
for
parking.
