This
would
have
been
a
1-star
review,
however,
customer
service
has
offered
a
small
discount
to
make
up
for
my
inconvenience.
I
ordered
a
bar
cabinet
for
my
home
at
the
beginning
of
April,
and
online
the
"expected
delivery"
date
was
early
May.
After
waiting
patiently
I
called
at
the
beginning
of
May
and
they
said
it
was
actually
coming
Mid-June.
I
finally
received
the
order
after
months
of
waiting,
and
the
delivery
drivers
dropped
it
and
shattered
the
marble
top
of
the
bar
I
ordered,
with
a
nonchalant
"oops,
just
call
and
they'll
send
you
a
new
one".
When
I
called
Crate
&
Barrel
they
said
no
problem,
your
item
will
be
in
end
of
OCTOBER.
Simply
ridiculous,
and
I
would
have
thought
I
would
have
been
expedited
or
moved
up
the
wait
list
since
I'd
already
been
waiting
so
long.
Anyways,
long
story
short,
since
I
already
had
a
gift
card
for
Crate
&
Barrel
that
I
was
using
I've
reluctantly
ordered
another
bar
(not
the
same
bar
as
I
can't
wait
that
long).
So
I'm
settling
for
less
in
order
to
get
this
bar
earlier,
which
is
looking
like
it'll
be
late
August
now.
Don't
think
I'll
be
ordering
with
them
again
after
this...
