Just a terrible owner who doesn't care. She guarantees you will not get a second treatment, which in plenty of cases the lice are not gone in the one treatment. I had the most awful experience here, and the owner Seva was not helpful or polite at all. Definitely take pictures of your childs hair when you get home and wash the hair, many many many nits left behind and dirty combs used on my children. I looked at the comb the next time when I did this "final" check they offer. It was just disgusting, filled with brown stuff before they even looked at the hair. But some how came up with nothing. 😳 If you look at all these reviews, they're clearly fake from accounts with only 1 review. How convenient when this business is super shady. ASK TO LOOK AT THE COMB BEFORE THEY TOUCH YOUR KIDS HAIR. MAKE SURE IT'S CLEAN.

I got my kid for checking and the process is so enjoyable and delighting experience. Sarah and Bailee made this whole activity great and fun and they are my kid’s new friends now. I recommend this place wholeheartedly with high-five and thumbs up !!

My daughter had a lice infestation that manifested over Christmas. We’d experienced this once in the past so I knew what to do. The Lice Clinics are the best option out there! The Langley office was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The one-and-done treatment took about 45 minutes, which was plenty of time for my son and I to also be checked for lice. It may seem expensive at $195 for the treatment, but comparing that to the hundreds upon hundreds you could potentially spend on other products and services that ultimately don’t work, the price seems cheap! If you are in the lower mainland, do not hesitate! This is your best option! They even offer a follow-up checkup the week after treatment to give you total peace of mind.

I've been to this lice clinic twice and both times I've had Jocelyn, who is absolutely amazing. She's kind, thorough and makes the best of a bad experience. She explains what's going on and is very easy to talk to which makes the treatment go by pretty fast.

Our six-year-old caught lice from her school, we discovered it on Saturday night. After googling what the heck to do we found this clinic and gave them a call, someone answered on a Saturday night and gave us an appointment for the very next day on Sunday. They went through the full procedure with our daughter and explained everything to us, I can’t thank them enough, they saved us a ton of stress!

We have had experiences with a few lice clinics over the years and Lice Clinics of Canada - Langley has been the best experience by far. The staff is knowledgable and caring. They handle my girls' needs with an appreciated gentleness while taking care of business. The whole "one and done" practice is just what my family needs. So I Booked a appointment for 12pm but I came me and my mom were confused since no one was there so we called and they said we cancelled our apointment when we never did. they had a misunderstanding with someone else anyways so I tell them on call how i never cancelled and then they called one of the staff in she was walking home but rushed back so she did a amazing job on getting my lice out i told her about some school problems and we had a whole conversation I forgot to do this review before i just forgot😭 but yeah she’s very nice her name starts with a b like britanny? or bailey but she’s very nice she also gives you candy Thank you so much ❤️

These guys are absolutely amazing. When I was in full panic, they provided excellent and verified advice, walked me through what I needed to do, and when I decided to go into the clinic we were made to feel so welcomed and taken care of. Even If you can't do the full service, they are incredibly helpful and straight forward. 10/10 recommend to anyone needing help.

in response to my previous review's comment back from the provider "We are not in the habit of charging people for services that they don't need, but if a client comes in that doesn't want any other service, or our opinion, and insists on treatment, we do what the client requests. After the service has been provided, we will charge for the service provided." This response was cleverly worded to avoid the fact that you neglected to inform me at all that the service was not needed to begin with which I was completely unaware of. Yes, I wanted the full treatment as I was under the impression that she had lice to be treated. I was not resistant to any advice or guidance on the situation, we came to you for help, and I did not insist on getting treatment despite being INFORMED the services was not needed, I was not informed at all! Like I said, I guess you don't even check before you start treatment, Since It would be your responsibility as the trained professional to provide that information that the service wasn't needed, obviously it changes the situation. I guess that means you actually don't check first before you start and as I said, buyer beware. It would only be ethical and honest of you to advise your client that it was not necessary to be done. A disappointing response shifting blame onto the client. Cheers

My daughter and I recently got lice and I got an instant headache. In the past, I spent almost $1000 to another Vancouver provider to get rid of it with no results. I was a bit hesitant to contact someone new, but..... I'm so glad I did! The owner and lice removal specialists are super friendly, knowledgeable, and they work quickly. Their office is SUPER clean. I felt like I was hanging out with my family while we were there. Getting lice can be an icky experience. Lice Clinics of Langley put our minds at ease. I highly recommend their services. Their products is guaranteed and that is a BIG DEAL.

I don't normally leave reviews but I had to for the langley lice clinic! Im beyond thankful for this place. I called at 7:00 on sunday and wasnt expecting an answer but a lady did answer and she answered all my questions in detail and had me feeling a bit better, I called back the next morning and got in at 4:00pm the same day. when you're dealing with lice you want it done asap and these ladies make it happen! The office is very clean and I didnt get the ladies name but my daughter loved her and said she was very kind and she had fun while she had her hair done. I would recommend them to everyone dealing with lice!

Both of my kids had lice which I treated but wish I had searched earlier. I was sure I had lice since both my kids did but it was impossible to check my own hair. I found the Lice Clinic online and was delighted. They called me back even though they were closed the day I called and I was able to get in the next day. Bailee was awesome!!! She did a thorough check through my crazy curly hair and I was delighted to hear I didn't have lice. Highly recommend and if we ever have lice again I will definitely bring my daughter here as going through myself it took hours every day for over a week. Highly recommend.

A last minute call and a quick drive over to the office has saved the weekend for my kids and I. The staff member on duty, Bailey, made the whole experience feel comfortable and welcoming for my kids (who were nervous about the process prior to). They managed to have fun and were all swapping stories, getting along great. And the procedures were great successes. A fantastic experience all around, highly recommend.

My mom, sister, and I got our heads checked for lice after thinking we found lice on me (spoiler alert: none of us had anything, yay!). Bailee was the one to check our heads and she was so kind. My sister was very anxious going into the appointment but Bailee was very calm and talked her through the process to ease the anxiety. She was also very informative about how to prevent lice and how to spot it. 10/10 recommend coming here even for a quick check to make sure everything’s alright!

I am so glad to have found this Lice clinic and to FINALLY have this issue resolved after spending so much time and money on useless drugstore products & internet remedies. I won't make that mistake again. We were just passing the lice between the 4 of us it turned out. FOR MONTHS!! Highly recommend this option, can't beat having it over and done in one appointment! Good morning, I was asked to take my 9 year old granddaughter to the Langley clinic 2 days ago. From the minute we arrived I was amazed at the comfort we both felt. Abdul greeted us and put us at ease. After checking my granddaughter he then proceeded to do the full treatment. Abdul’s knowledge and eagerness to teach us all about “Lice” was beyond what I had hoped for. We will return in a week for a checkup. Thanks again for service and care. My daughter had lice 2 years ago. I was in a complete panic! They kept me calm as I was freaking out. My daughter didn’t feel ashamed or like it was a big deal because they were so amazing and it almost seemed like a regular hair cut or treatment to her. She watched on her iPad as they treated her comfortably an painlessly. They said it would only take 1 treatment and it actually worked amazing!! Nothing was found on her follow up check and no one else got it!Today she got a lice notice at school and I didn’t feel as panicked as I usually do. I got her in for a check today and I think it was around $25. It was VERY thorough and worth every penny for my peace of mind. The staff is so warm, friendly and calm.
