Amazing
facility,
large
space,
lots
of
equipment,
great
programming,
great
coaches.
and
friendly
members.
I
returned
to
CrossFit
in
March
after
about
a
year
off.
Hybrid
does
a
great
job
of
helping
you
get
going
whether
you
are
new
to
CrossFit
or
returning.
Their
OnRamp
sessions
were
great
and
very
beneficial
to
me.
They
helped
me
assess
where
I
was
at
and
gave
me
a
general
refresher
on
technique.
I
signed
up
when
the
pandemic
was
still
impacting
everyone.
They
did
a
great
job
of
following
the
rules
and
adapting
workouts
because
of
the
restrictions.
The
communication
around
all
of
this
was
excellent
and
very
thoughtful.

Pricing,
they
have
flexible
plans
where
you
can
choose
how
many
days
you
want
to
go.
For
me
this
is
great
as
it
allowed
me
to
start
off
a
couple
of
days
a
week
and
ramp
up
as
I
adjusted.
If
you
do
other
activities
or
have
a
busy
schedule
it
allows
you
to
pick
a
subscription
that
works
for
your
schedule
and
budget.

The
schedule
is
flexible
for
people
who
like
to
work
out
early
or
late
and
anytime
in
between.
The
programming
is
thoughtful
with
lots
of
scaling
options.
There
is
also
plenty
of
emphasis
on
warm
up
and
mobility
which
is
great.

With
the
pandemic
restrictions
being
lifted
coach
led
classes
have
returned.
All
the
coaches
are
friendly
and
give
you
great
tips,
feedback,
and
encouragement.
They
also
help
you
stay
on
schedule
with
everything
programmed
for
the
class
and
help
you
identify
scaling
options
that
work
for
you.

Equipment
there
is
loads
of
equipment
in
particular
lots
of
rowers,
ski
erg,
bike
erg,
and
echo
bikes.
I
like
that
a
lot
of
the
programming
gives
you
a
cardio
of
your
choice
component
so
you
have
lots
of
options
to
choose
from.
Overall
this
is
a
very
well
run
facility,
very
organized
with
a
warm
and
friendly
feel.
If
you
are
new
to
CrossFit
or
experienced,
or
at
different
stages
of
your
fitness
journey
you
will
appreciate
Hybrid.
