Excellent
ramp
and
docks.
Lots
of
room
for
two
to
three
launchers
at
a
time.
I
like
the
way
they've
made
the
access
to
the
launching
area
one
lane
so
that
no
queue
jumping
happens.
Parking
is
a
bit
of
an
issue
if
you
come
after
lunch,
but
not
impossible.
Reservoir
that
leads
to
the
lake
has
a
decent
channel
marked
to
get
you
to
Stave
Lake
safely
(although
some
more
experienced
with
this
lake
just
go
as
they
please).
There
are
a
number
of
beaches
to
pull
up
on
if
you
are
adventurous.
The
water
in
Stave
Lake
itself
is
emerald
green
and
beautiful.
Great
for
swimming
in.
The
launch
gate
closes
at
8
so
make
sure
you
get
back
in
time
to
get
your
boat
out
or
you
are
spending
the
night
(which
many
people
do
on
the
beaches).
When
the
road
to
the
ramp
has
been
graded,
it's
nice
and
smooth,
but
when
it's
not,
you'll
want
to
take
your
time
as
the
road
is
popular
for
ATV's
and
Dirt
Bikes
and
can
develop
a
lot
of
ruts...luckily
the
ramp
is
not
far
up
the
road.
I
prefer
this
ramp
over
the
one
at
Alouette
as
that
one
can
get
very
busy
and
the
lake
I
find
has
more
mayhem
on
it
(inexperienced
boaters
whipping
around
in
the
5km
zone
etc.).
