    Really top notch store. Huge selection and the staff really know what they are talking about. The service is exceptional no matter who you talk to. I came in one afternoon and spent about 4 hours here buying an entirely new bed setup. They had beds ranging from $300 to several thousand. I spent hours trying almost every one in the store; there was like 50 of them on display. My setup with the platform, mattress, sheets covers, and everything else was about $3600 but I bought on the higher end just before you start getting into the crazy foam mattresses. I tend to ask tons of questions and got answers for all of them. They even have a database were they could look up the one I bought in 2008 in Courtenay and find a similar model. They set up the entire thing for me and it's great. I spend 1/3 of my day in it so it's a good investment.

    Purchased a bed from sales rep Blake who was amazing! He was professional, very informative, answered all our questions and not pushy at all. He really knew the products, differences and options. Our delivery was set up and arrived on time very quickly after ordering. The delivery men Keith and Danny were extremely efficient, and respectful of my home. They set up the bed very quickly and explained everything and all of the parts etc. They even found time to give my dog some affection which he also appreciated very much. Overall was an excellent experience and I am happy with the service both in the retail store as well as the delivery service. Highly recommend.

    I purchased a duvet cover on behalf of my out-of-town mother-in-law and received exceptional service from Brett. He went out of his way to find me the correct size (from another store) and ensure I had it in time to take to her on a visit. Unfortunately, it did not fit the bill but Brett accepted the return with no problem and a smile, which was greatly appreciated after the trouble he went to to get it for me. We will definitely return when we are ready to buy our next mattress. Thank you again, Brett!

    I can not say enough about the service we have received from sleep country! we’ve purchased two mattresses from them since February and exchanged one due to it not being what we wanted. The in store staff are amazing , super helpful and not pushy at all all! The delivery safe are excellent, helpful beyond the job discription AND took the extra time to make sure our dog was comfortable with them coming in and out! Highly recommend the Duncan location and all of their staffing

    Brett was patient, polite and helpful while we took our time deciding which mattress to buy. Delivery was quick (Donny and Nate very funny and courteous). We decided that we had not chosen the right mattress and once again Brett was very patient while helping us make a different choice. The new mattress has worked out perfectly.     My mother in law passed away after purchasing a bed, but before it was delivered. Everyone at Sleep Country in Duncan was extremely helpful in arranging for a repayment. The original cheque was not made out to the estate so we could not cash it. Everyone (especially Phil) was very proactive in getting a new cheque sorted for us, which took several emails back and forth with Sleep Country's accounting department. The experience of buying the bed was also excellent. I would come back to this location any time!

    Absolutely love the double Kingsdown bed I bought. The whole experience was excellent from them moment I went into the store to the delivery of the bed to my place. I have always shopped at Sleep Country as I know they are a responsible, ethical Canadian company.

    Warranty is excellent and after 3 years they bent over backwards to replace the defective parts without question. The delivery guy was on time, efficient and courteous. He was the fellow that brought us the original bed and remembered us right away. He was kind and proceeded to remove the broken one and replace it with the new one. He was fast and did the job well I could not have asked for more - thank you.

    All staff members are kind, courteous and most importantly knowledgeable on their products. Happy with our purchases and delivery went smoothly and on time as promised. Would definitely shop there again for bedding items. AMENDMENT First experience went so fantastically well and remains (see first paragraph) that I convinced my 89 year old mother to replace her mattress. Only this delivery in the greater Victoria area was horribly the opposite. One of her delivery persons was short, rude and DID NOT want to simply move her 4 yr old mattress (also purchased from Sleep Country) into the very next room to make way for her new mattress. My dignified mother had to plead with them, and thank goodness for the other taller Canadian delivery gentleman, he accommodated her simple basic request! First person had informed her that it was not their policy, even though my first delivery crew from North Cowichan area, where I live, had confirmed with me that they regularly perform such services for all their elderly customers. There is the letter of the law/policy and the spirit of same, perhaps this non-gentleman delivery person would never assist a little old lady crossing the street or help her with her groceries, entirely his prerogative, it is a free country after all. However, shame on Sleep Country for having such a low character with no morals in their employ! This incident had truly upset and exasperated my mother to the point that she had to sit down to simply catch her breath after their departure. And this left me feeling horrible that my sweet beautiful mother had to endure such treatment, especially when it was me who encouraged her to improve her sleep and gave her my complete confidence based on the positive delivery experience I previously had! Should have known better in this day and age of lackluster service permeating everywhere! For it would have been a completely different scenario had I been present, being unequivocally positive that this cowardly man would not have treated my mother in such a disrespectful manner! If you are elderly and seeking a new mattress/bed, perhaps you might not want to take this chance and seek elsewhere. At least util such time as Sleep Country vets their delivery service personal with much more thorough vigor and or updates its inane delivery policy, in order to avoid having their good reputation further tarnished!

    We are very happy with our entire experience at the Sleep Country store in Duncan. The sales team was very friendly and knowledgeable. When it came time for delivery they were right on time and installed the new beds very quickly. Overall we would recommend Sleep Country to anyone looking for new beds.

    Just bought a mattress and boxspring. The mattress already sags after only 2 weeks use and the springs poke me in the sides. Head office said they wouldn't uphold the warranty because it doesnt sag enough. No comment about the springs. The mattress is clearly defective and I'm out almost $700 for a bed I cannot use. Buyer beware. The store staff are very friendly but the head office and process you have to go thru to justify yourself is a runaround. I feel ripped off.
