    Worst worst worst Pharmacy experience I’ve ever had in my life. Came in on a Thursday to pick up a rx that was faxed the day before - they couldn’t find it I was told it wasn’t there, finally they found it after insisting that it was there. Then was told it would he an hour wait. I did not have the time to stay to wait so asked if I could speak to the head pharmacist, then when speaking to her she told me (very rudely) that my rx wouldn’t be ready till Monday??? Ok. And that they would call me when it was ready. Ok. I leave. It’s Tuesday, no call from them. I call and ask if my rx is ready…they say again they don't have a rx for me. Ugh… yea you do. Put on hold for a long time. Finally find it but its still not ready ugh ok people get it together. Will not be using this place for rx anymore. Would rather drive to new west and use Pure Pharmacy instead

    I really like going here. The lady at the post office is amazing and the staff have always been pretty good. We've been going for 15+ years. Only comment would be that their chemists loudly ask about your shots from a great distance whilst you're waiting to be seen. They can't seem to help themselves. It's really nobody else's business and makes me cringe. Would love them to have some respect and quietly ask in a more confidential manner. Luckily, we don't need these too often! Other than that, it's great, convenient and we'll continue to go there.

    ive been a regular customer for years now. ive been going to the store for the past few days now to get some essential things i needed. today i went to the shop to see a security guard following my every move. i go to one isle, hes there, i go to another isle, hes again there on his phone trying to be all sneaky about it. i finally go to the checkout and hes staring at me from behind. i feel really uncomfortable with this man stalking my every move as if i stole something. i understand they're there to protect against any problem but this is just ridiculous. instead of just installing these creeps, i suggest you guys telling them to stop stalking people,

    Just had my makeup done by Adriana and she did such a wonderful job!! I’ve never had such good makeup done before where it blends into the neck perfectly and she nailed it!! Thank you again ❤️❤️

    First time using the Pharmacist to write a prescription for me. Very pleased with the prompt, smooth service. No appointment, no hassle! Highly recommend if you need something non narcotic prescribed.

    They seem to never be able to help at their pharmacy. They don’t have antibiotics most of the times, and no you can’t order anything, very small selection of iron supplements, they told me they don’t accept pharmacist appointments for a minor skin issue while it says on the website they do. They even sent me once to a private pharmacy in Newport village because they didn’t have infant cough sirop 🤪 Spare yourself the frustration of visiting their pharmacy. If you’re there to buy chocolate or candies, yeah go on, if you need pharmacy stuff and an actual pharmacist to help, just go somewhere else.

    Walking in for the shoppers event, Adriana who was my makeup artist that day was very welcoming! I was going to an event that night, and told her what I was picturing/ how I like my eye makeup done. She was very knowledgeable in the products she was using, as I had a few questions about the foundation & how I have sensitive skin. She was efficient & made me feel very comfortable, as well as glamorous by the end of the look being put together! I loved my Smokey eye she did for me, and with acne prone skin the coverage was amazing. My makeup lasted through the night, and I got many compliments. Thank you Adriana for your time and fantastic services!

    Bad managing by JIT. I had an issue with my points (I was given the wrong item and when I exchanged it with the correct one, I lost my points). Jit the manager quite bluntly said the points are out of our control. She was quite combatant with her answer which did not sit well with me so I said I would bring my items back. When I returned I was dealing with Hollie in cosmetics who was very apologetic and helpful. Jit over heard me talking to Hollie about customer service. She pushed into our conversation and started arguing with me. When I started to argue back she said you can't talk to me that way. I asked her several times to leave me alone and she kept at me. It was a very disturbing encounter. She needs a lesson in customer service or better yet removed from the position. Absolutely, unacceptable behavior even in today's standard of customer service.

    Absolutely horrible customer service coming from the post office side. She wont do anything more than is required for her. I arrived 10 min early before opening hours and she refused to help me and said i need to wait. Today i went to pick up my mail and after 20 minutes in line, she said she cannot get the mail from the back because it was a same day arrival. She then proceeded to tell me if i want the mail, i can go to the back of the line again and she can assist me when shes done with everyone else. Her name was Suja or something along those lines. There is another farsi lady that works there who is AMAZING and helps me everytime

    The pharmacy is in a word bizarre. Every single time I pick up a prescription they want to charge me the full amount. What is that????? I'm fairly certain that 99.9% of the people picking up prescriptions have insurance!!!! I've NEVER experienced this anywhere any time. So then they ask a lot of questions instead of just going to their computer and looking up the insurance particulars -- WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE FROM THE BEGINNING INSTEAD OF CHARGING ME THE FULL AMOUNT.

    Full review; Don'tt get your Passport Photos done here !!!! Passport Canada and the US Embassy each returned my government ID photos as "out of sync" and in an unacceptable format. Please e-mail me and I'll be glad to disclose further details to you. Edit ; by following the response of shoppers customer care, I tried calling their toll free number and was on hold for half an hour. The problem has still not been resolved. The company in general is completely understaffed and they don't have time for you.

    I am returned to this pharmacy after having a terrible experience at shoppers on Ioco road. I might be lucky but I always had good experiences with this one! (ex) they never lost my prescription, being able to give me correct information on refill status, when I call them I could speak to someone almost instantly without waiting 10mins on the phone like the other pharmacy. Only the reason I avoid going there was the traffic around this place but I prefer going to a place which can do their job properly

    Extremely poor service as this location. Poorly trained pharmacy staff that are unwilling to even call a family doctor to confirm a prescription. 3 hours to have nothing completed. Beyond disappointing.

    Everything but what is on discount is overpriced. Pharmacy too, with dispense fees double than some other places. And now, you need to ring and wait for a cashier if you want to pay cash as it's mainly self pay out. Hate it. Only good thing is it's open late.

    Perfume department service is excellent! However The rest of department, just imagine Turtles are working very hard! Especially prescriptions department!!! Whit all the respect to nature of Turtles! Management is issue I am sure!

    My doctor faxed this pharmacy twice and they still did not receive it, but it was even more painful calling to check if they've received it and I waited on hold for 10 minutes only to have to explain the situation to the person who picked up the phone next Went in to speak with the pharmacist and found it to be very unhelpful. Not very great customer service in the pharmacy. I had my doctor's office fax to the sunwood location instead And not only did they receive it but they called me as soon as the prescription was filled. Effortless at the other pharmacy Even though st John's is a block from my house I won't be going back

    Gross, garbage everywhere in the parking lot. Pharmacy staff is very inconsistent, services and rules change with every employee depending on the day. Very frustrating.

    Went in today to fill a prescription and the folks in the pharmacy were nice and answered my questions well. Didn't take too long to fill the prescription either so that was a bonus. The employee at the checkout was nice as well so the staff I did encounter were good. Unfortunately, there are NO staff to be found in the store to help with product location or questions so had to knock a star off for that. I was looking for Aveeno skin cream and found the body wash but no skin cream. Couldn't find an employee for help so gave up. When I went to pick up my prescription, I saw a small amount of Aveeno skin creams at the end of a row which was odd that it wasn't in the same area as the others. They also had not bags at the checkout which made it awkward. I usually carry my own but this was an unplanned shop so it would have been nice to have the option to purchase a cheap bag so I wouldn't have to carry ~9 items in my arms back to the pharmacy after I paid. I also opted not to purchase the Aveeno skin cream I eventually found because I couldn't carry it with the items I had in my hands already. So another lost star for no bag options. Oh and the bread products were few and far between so that wasn't great.

    Booked a COVID test for 11:30am, didn't get the test until 1:15pm. The point of booking an appointment is so that I can get the test done at the scheduled time. Horrible time management by the pharmacy staff.

    The pharmacy is highly disappointing. The staff seem careless and untrained. Despite numerous attempts through calls and in-person discussions, they couldn't resolve a basic discrepancy involving the prescription, the medication, and the charges to my insurance. The issue remains unresolved. I decided to move to another pharmacy after five years.

    Poor customer service and store experience. Expect lengthy wait times in all departments. Also short staffed with abrupt, uncaring employees. In a time where your money can be easily spent anywhere, shop somewhere else for a better experience and value.

    The customer service at this location is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I come in here to buy basic grocery staples. I was accused of shoplifting of a product not even sold in this store, the rude little cashier named Rahamdeep called the cops on me and it was quickly proven I never stole anything. The product she pointed at isn't even sold by Loblaws. She was so vocal when calling the cops but when she saw I didn't have the product she thought I had, she was dead silent. No apology, Nothing. Even the manager was embarrassed. It wouldn't surprise me if that ignorant girl who can barely speak English still works here. DISGUSTING Afterwards the Cop told me even he wouldn't shop here.

    Idk if it’s just this shop or most pharmacies. We all work hard and time is precious. Living in this province we all have to hustle and scramble to make ends meet. That said, I am about ready give up on them. How difficult is it to answer a phone. Those are the OG hand held communication devices we used to use! Simply calling to refill a prescription was a 30+ min on hold before i was acknowledged. Then re directed and put on hold for another 20+ min at which time I gave up. Honestly I’m over the use of AI and automated tele-prompted responses. No thanks. I prefer talking to real people. Customer service sucks don’t bother.
