When our delivery had a defect, Kent came all the way back with new replacements the same day. We had a phenomenal experience with Kent. We ordered a queen couch with ottoman and the quality is fantastic. Plus, Kent had it manufactured quickly and then stored it for us until we were able to move into our apartment. There really aren’t many high quality producers like this here in Vancouver.
